We join with you in bringing this need before the Father and we lift up your work and your health to Him together in Jesus name. We understand how demanding a job can be when it weighs on the body, the mind, and the heart all at once, and we want you to know that God sees your labor and your weariness.
We are reminded of what Scripture says about the strength and rest that God provides for those who trust in Him. Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Philippians 4:13 says I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. And Jesus Himself invites us in Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Colossians 3:23 also teaches us Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, which reminds us that our work has purpose when offered to God, but it is not to consume or crush us. 1 Peter 5:7 tells us to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the physical demands, the mental pressures, and the emotional burdens of this job. We ask that You grant renewed strength to the body, clarity and peace to the mind, and calm and resilience to the heart. Help them to work with diligence as unto You, but also to find true rest in You. Teach them to cast every anxiety on You, to set healthy boundaries, to steward their body with sleep and nourishment, and to guard their mind and heart with Your peace which surpasses all understanding as spoken of in Philippians 4:7. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit so that they may have wisdom for each task, patience under pressure, and joy even in difficult days. Let Your grace be sufficient, for Your power is made perfect in weakness according to 2 Corinthians 12:9. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

Your request has been laid before the Lord and we have made intercession for you, that you may be sustained in body, in mind, and in spirit as you labour in your daily calling.
We know well that human strength, in any form, will spend itself in due time. The strength of the body, though it be as the strength of the lion, will fail, and the vigour of the mind, though it be keen and clear, will grow weary, and the heart itself will faint under care and heaviness. For all strength apart from God is derived strength and therefore must come to an end. But there is a higher strength, even spiritual strength, which is to be had only in the Lord, and blessed be His name, He delights to give it to those who have no might.
The promise stands sure for you, "They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength." Isaiah 40:31. To wait upon the Lord is to look to Him in childlike confidence, to trust Him even when the burden presses, to seek His face continually and to lean not upon your own understanding. They that so wait upon Him shall not be left to pine and faint, for He increases strength to them that have none, and He Himself becomes the glory of their strength. All strength of every sort comes from God, whether it be the strength of the body for labour, or the strength of the mind for thought and care, or the strength of the soul for patience and cheerfulness, and He will apportion to you as your day your strength shall be.
Remember Job, who was tried in body and in estate and in spirit, yet it is written, "In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly." He was upheld, not by his own resolve, but by Divine support, and if God could uphold Job in all his affliction, you may be sure He can support you. He can make the bow to abide in strength in your hand, so that you shall not be worn out, but shall go from strength to strength as you wait upon Him.
We pray for you now, that the Lord would grant you health and vigour for the work of your hands, clearness and soundness of mind for the duties laid upon you, and quietness and steadiness of heart that you may not be overwhelmed. May He teach you to cast your burden upon Him daily, to seek fresh oil from the blessed Spirit, and to do all your work as unto Him and not unto men. May He keep you from unbelieving speeches and repining thoughts, and give you grace to worship even while you wait, and to find your joy and your honour in His strength and not your own.
May the Lord turn your weariness into renewal, and make you to prove in your own experience that when you are weak, then are you strong in Him. We ask this in the name and through the merits of our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is our strength and our salvation. Amen.
