The Bible shows that even when the law called a disease incurable and required separation from the community, God Himself made provision for cleansing and return. He left room in His own law for a miracle. That tells us we should never put God in a box. What is incurable for man is not incurable for Him. When sin numbs the heart and slowly destroys, as that disease deadens feeling in the body, only a divine work can cleanse. Jesus showed His heart when He said to the leper, I am willing, be clean. He is still willing to cleanse, to forgive, and to restore fellowship with Himself.
That same mercy is seen in the story of a king who went further from God than most could imagine, yet when he humbled himself and prayed, God forgave him and restored him. There is no one beyond hope. The message of the Bible to those who have sinned is that there is forgiveness with God. He will lead and bring comfort to those who mourn over their condition.
You asked for prayer against the cycle of pornography and for purity. Scripture warns to make no provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts and calls us to separate ourselves from the pollution of the world, to confess our sin and do what pleases the Lord. This struggle is not only habit but spiritual captivity, and God has given authority in the name of Jesus to break that power through prayer. We will hold you before the Lord and ask Him to bind what holds you captive, to give you strength to turn away, to remove what tempts you, and to fill your mind and heart with what is pure.
You also carry heavy burdens for health, for a deep longing for children, for work and bills and great debt. The greatest debt has already been paid. As the Lamb of God shed His blood, He paid the debt of sin to set us free from bondage, just as God delivered His people from slavery. Because He has dealt so bountifully in that greatest need, we can trust Him with daily needs as well. We pray He will provide work for your hands, provision for your bills, wisdom in stewardship, and peace as you wait on Him for the desire for children. He knows the scream inside and He restores the soul, delivering from death, wiping tears, and making feet steady to walk before Him.
For your relationships and the need for forgiveness, God calls us to love Him supremely and to love our neighbor as ourselves. That includes seeking and granting forgiveness, pursuing purity, and living according to His design. Marriage is His covenant of one man and one woman for life, and all sexual intimacy belongs within that covenant. We pray God will bring healing where there has been hurt, help you to confess where needed, to forgive as you have been forgiven, and to walk in purity in every relationship. We do not ask Him to bless what is outside His will, but to lead you into what is holy and good.

When we have been cleansed, we are to live consecrated to Him, with ears open to Him, hands busy in honest work, and feet walking in His path. Do not build your assurance on changing feelings, for feelings shift. Build it on the unchanging Word of God, which promises that faith in Jesus brings salvation as a gift of grace. As one part of the body suffers, all suffer with it, so you are not alone in this.
