Your desire for purity and for this cycle to be broken is something God Himself places in the heart that is turning toward Him, and it is right to bring it to Him in prayer.
God calls His people to purity because sin, even when it seems small or hidden, spreads like leaven and brings bondage. Purity is not just trying harder to be good. Sin in its root meaning is missing the mark, failing to be what God created you to be, and Scripture is clear that we are all born with that fallen nature. We cannot deny it and we cannot fix it ourselves. The law shows us what sin is, it reveals the strong desires within us and how far we fall short, but the law cannot make us pure.
That is why the blood of Jesus is so different from anything that came before. The old sacrifices could only cover sin for a time, they could never put it away. The blood of Jesus actually puts sin away. He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, not so that we would continue in sin, but so that we could be set free from it.
This is the promise to hold onto in the cycle you describe. Sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. You do not have to remain ruled by the flesh. When we yield our bodies to sin we become its servants, but when we yield ourselves to God we become servants of righteousness. The Scripture asks, how shall we who died to sin live any longer in it. In Christ you have died to that old mastery, and you are now free to offer your body to God as an instrument for His purposes. That is how a cycle is broken, not by willpower alone, but by daily abiding in Him. Whoever abides in Him does not go on practicing sin as a way of life, because the Son of God was manifested to destroy the works of the devil.
You also asked for prayer concerning demonic attack on your body. The Bible shows that evil spirits are real and that they seek to harm and oppress, but it also shows that they are under the authority of Jesus and that God makes a separation for those who belong to Him. Those who are sealed in Him are guarded. The enemy cannot have dominion over one who is covered by the blood of Christ and yielded to God. You do not need to live in fear of that attack, but in confidence that Christ has already overcome.
I am praying for you now that God will give you that glorious freedom from the tyranny of sin, that He will wash you fully through the blood of Jesus that puts sin away, not merely covers it, and that He will strengthen you to yield yourself to Him each day. I pray that the pattern that has held you will be broken as you walk in the grace that reigns through righteousness unto eternal life, and that any oppression against your body will be broken as you rest under the protection of the One who destroys the works of the devil. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord, and that gift includes power to live a pure life before Him.
If you have not already, bring every area of sin into the light before Him in confession, holding nothing back, and ask Him to fill you with His Spirit so that you may walk in victory and not in the practice of sin. He is faithful to cleanse and to keep those who belong to Him.
