Faithful Servant
Please let us reach our target sales for august. Please let me keep working so that I can pay my debts

We come before the Lord with a heart of gratitude for the work He has provided and the opportunity to serve Him through our labor. We understand that all provision comes from God, and we seek His favor and wisdom as we navigate the challenges of meeting our financial goals.

First, we want to acknowledge that our ultimate trust must be in the Lord, not in our own efforts or the success of our work. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that our hearts remain steadfast in Him, knowing that He is our Provider.

We also recognize the importance of diligence and integrity in our work. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." We ask for the strength and perseverance to work with excellence, honoring God in all we do.

Father, we lift up the concern of meeting the sales target for August. We ask for Your divine intervention, that doors of opportunity would be opened and that our efforts would bear fruit. We pray for wisdom in our strategies, clarity in our communication, and favor with our clients and customers. May Your hand guide us in all our dealings, and may we be a light in our workplace, reflecting Your love and truth.

We also bring before You the burden of debt. We know that the love of money and the anxiety it brings can easily entangle us, but Your Word assures us in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We pray for a spirit of contentment and trust in Your provision, even as we work diligently to meet our obligations.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may be trying to take root in our hearts. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We choose to cast all our cares upon You, for You care for us (1 Peter 5:7).

We also want to address the importance of seeking You first in all things. If there is any area in our lives where we have placed our work or financial success above our relationship with You, we repent. We ask for Your forgiveness and for the grace to realign our priorities. Help us to remember that our worth is not found in our productivity or financial status, but in being Your beloved children.

Heavenly Father, we pray for unity and harmony in our workplace. May we treat our colleagues with kindness, respect, and love, reflecting Your character in all our interactions. We ask for protection over our minds and hearts, that we would not be tempted by greed, dishonesty, or unethical practices. Instead, let us be known for our integrity and godly conduct.

We also pray for those who may be struggling with unemployment or financial hardship. Lord, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity for them, provide for their needs, and give them hope in You. May they experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways.

Finally, we commit our work, our finances, and our future into Your hands. We trust that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). May our lives bring glory to Your name, and may we always remember that our true treasure is in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal (Matthew 6:20).

In Jesus' mighty name we pray, Amen.

We hear the weight in your request, the fear that missing a sales target could mean losing the income you need to pay what you owe. It’s a heavy place to carry alone, and we’re glad you reached out.

When the pressure to perform and the anxiety over debt pile up together, it’s easy to feel like your whole worth hangs on a number. But that isn’t who you are. Your value is not a sales report, and your future is not held hostage by one month’s results. Even while you work hard and do what you can, we want you to rest in that truth: God sees your need, and He does not measure you by a ledger.

One practical thing that can help, no matter how August turns out, is to get a clear plan for the debt itself. Many cities have nonprofit consumer credit counseling agencies that can work with your creditors to set up a manageable repayment schedule. Just knowing there’s a realistic path can lift a lot of the panic. If you’d like, we can help you find a reputable one in your area.

Lord, we lift this request to You. Give clarity and favor as they work toward this goal, and steady their heart when the numbers feel overwhelming. Provide what they truly need, open doors, wise guidance, and reliable income. More than anything, remind them that their security rests in You, not in a quota. Bring peace that doesn’t depend on the outcome. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Your request for prayer touches upon two matters of honest necessity: the reaching of a sales target, and the keeping of your work to pay your debts. It is written, “Owe no man anything,” and the righteous man is one who diligently applies his hand to honest labor, that he may have provision for his own and for the discharge of all just obligations. This is your bounden duty, and in seeking these things you do well to seek the blessing of God upon the work of your hands. For except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it. So, lift up your heart in supplication, and restrain not prayer before God, as Eliphaz falsely accused Job of doing.

Yet, I bid you remember that if the Lord in His wisdom should permit your target to go unmet and your situation to become more straitened, you must not sin with your lips nor charge God foolishly. Job, under far heavier blows, worshipped and held fast his integrity. It may be that your Father would thereby work some deeper work of grace, to sever your inordinate love of earthly things and to anchor your hope more firmly upon Christ alone. Should it be according to your mind? He knows the path He has appointed, and His end is always mercy to His own. Trust Him, even if He seems to slay every earthly comfort; for He gave His own Son for your redemption, and with Him He will freely give you all that is needful.

Let your present necessity drive you to the cross. Have you peace with God through Jesus Christ? For if the debt of your sin is not discharged by His blood, the settlement of every temporal account will leave you bankrupt before the throne. Seek first His kingdom. And while you pray for your own deliverance, forget not to plead for other souls, for the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends. So go forth, do a full day’s work in a day, cast your care upon Him who cares for you, and leave tomorrow with the only wise God, who can renew your strength like the bow that gains fresh force with the archer’s every pull.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for prayers to reach a sales target and to keep your work so you may pay your debts. But consider: this present life is a sleep, and all its affairs are no different from dreams. In a dream a man may grow rich or fall into poverty, yet when he wakes, the vision dissolves and he is left with nothing. So it is with your sales and your debts; they are but shadows, and soon you will awake into the reality of the age to come. Do not let this dream weigh upon you with such heavy anxiety.

Recall the debtor who owed ten thousand talents. When he could not pay, his master freely forgave him the whole sum. Yet that same man went out and choked his fellow-servant for a hundred pence. What was the end? He was handed over to eternal punishment. Tremble at this, and ask yourself: how vast is your own debt to the Lord? If He chose to demand from you even the smallest portion of your sins, you would have perished long ago. But He is patient, He does not choke you, He does not seize you by the throat. Instead, He overlooks countless offenses. Should you then be consumed with fear over money owed to mortal men, when the God of all is so merciful to you?

I do not forbid work, nor do I command you to neglect your flesh. The Apostle himself says, “Make not provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts.” It is one thing to provide for genuine needs, and quite another to feed greed and lust. You may seek what is necessary for health and to meet your obligations; that is not sin. But when you fret and scheme as if your life depended on a sales target, you light a fire that will burn you up with care. Seek to work honestly and quietly, entrusting the outcome to God. Let your prayer be not only for money to pay creditors, but first for the forgiveness of your own unpayable debt to heaven. Then, with a peaceful heart, do your daily labor, and be content with what He provides. If you fall short, still give thanks, for He knows what is best for your soul. If you exceed, use the surplus to relieve others, not to pile up for a proud and indulgent life.

Rouse yourself from this dream. The riches and the debts alike will soon vanish, but a soul made gentle by trust in God endures forever.

Your prayer reveals the heavy weight you are carrying right now. The pressure to meet a sales goal, the fear of losing your job, and the burden of debt can make every day feel like a desperate scramble. It is easy in such times to wonder if God sees, or to silently accuse yourself, thinking that somehow your hardship is a direct punishment for a specific sin.

That notion is as old as suffering itself. When calamity struck a righteous man long ago, his friends came with confident speeches, insisting he must have done something terribly wrong to deserve it. They could not see the larger reality that God had permitted the trial, not as a sign of his anger, but as part of a deeper purpose that remained hidden for a season. Their accusations only added guilt to pain, making them miserable comforters. Do not let that same false logic take root in your heart. Financial strain does not prove God has abandoned you or that you have some secret iniquity you need to uncover.

What you need now is not a friend who lectures, but the true mediator that the man in that story cried out for: someone who could lay his hand on both God and man, bridging the gap. Jesus Christ is that very daysman. He knows the anxiety of human want, and he stands in the presence of the Father on your behalf. You can be honest with him about your fears and the numbers that keep you awake. He does not ask you to pretend that everything is fine; the honest cries of the heart are no stranger to him.

Do your part with diligence and integrity, working as unto him. Then entrust the outcome to the God who remains just and good even when the path ahead looks dark. His care for you is not based on your monthly performance. The one who bragged on his servant’s uprightness still presides over every detail of your life. Your debts are not hidden from him, nor is your desire to meet your obligations. He often provides in ways we do not expect, at the exact moment we need it.

So take a lesson from that ancient patience. Keep seeking God rather than cursing the circumstances. The end of the matter was not destruction but restoration, after the man had encountered God more deeply than ever before. May you find your security not in a sales target met, but in the one who holds both the market and your very breath in his hands. I will join you in asking him to open the necessary doors and to steady your heart.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It has been our joy to lift up your request for reaching your August sales target and for the provision to continue working so you can pay your debts. We have prayed in faith, asking our Heavenly Father to open doors of opportunity, bless your efforts, and provide abundantly according to His riches in glory.

If God has answered this prayer—if sales have increased, if new opportunities have come your way, or if you’ve seen His hand move in unexpected ways—we would love to hear your praise report! Sharing how God has worked not only encourages your heart but also strengthens the faith of everyone who prayed alongside you.

If, however, you’re still waiting on a breakthrough, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, trusting that God hears and will answer in His perfect timing. Sometimes the wait deepens our dependence on Him, and we want to stand with you through every season.

May the Lord bless you with wisdom, perseverance, and peace as you seek Him. May He guide your steps, multiply your efforts, and provide for every need according to His perfect will. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
