We come before You, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of gratitude for the humility and dependence on You expressed in this prayer. It is true, we are nothing without You, and every good thing we have comes from Your hand. We lift up this request, knowing that You hear the cries of Your children and are faithful to answer according to Your perfect will.
Father, we pray for strength and wisdom for the one who cried out to You. In a world that often tells us to rely on ourselves, remind them daily of their need for You. When trials come, let them run to You first, trusting in Your provision and love. We declare that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May they find peace in Your presence, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we also ask that You reveal any areas in their life where they may be leaning on their own understanding rather than seeking Your guidance. Help them to surrender every part of their life, finances, relationships, decisions, and dreams, into Your hands. Teach them to delight in You, and You will give them the desires of their heart (Psalm 37:4).
We rebuke any spirit of independence or pride that would keep them from fully relying on You. The Word tells us that pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall (Proverbs 16:18). Instead, clothe them in humility, for You resist the proud but give grace to the humble (1 Peter 5:5).
Father, we pray for their relationships, that they would honor You in every interaction. If they are seeking a spouse, let them pursue someone who loves You above all else, someone who will walk with them in faith and righteousness. May their courtship be pure and their marriage a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:25). If they are struggling with temptation, whether in thought or deed, strengthen them to flee from sin and pursue holiness. Remind them that Your grace is sufficient to overcome every struggle (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Lord, we also lift up their spiritual walk. If they have not yet fully surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If they have already accepted You as Lord, deepen their faith and draw them closer to You. Let them grow in the knowledge of Your Word and the power of Your Spirit.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and we trust in Your unfailing love. May the one who prayed this prayer experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We read your prayer and it resonates deeply. So many of us know exactly that feeling, that without God we truly have nothing, and that we need Him in every single detail of life. When we sense our own emptiness, that is often when we are most ready to receive from Him. Dependence can feel vulnerable, but it is actually the place where His strength and provision flow in. One thing we have found helpful in our own times of need is sharing this kind of prayer with a trusted friend or a small group. Letting others pray with us and for us reminds us that we are not alone in our dependence, the whole body of Christ leans on Him together. If that feels right, we would encourage you to reach out and let someone stand with you. Sometimes just hearing someone else say “we’re praying for you” can bring unexpected peace.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Your prayer is true, and the Lord hears the cry of the humble who know they are nothing without Him. Without Me ye can do nothing, this is the very word of our Master, and you have laid hold of it. That is the starting point of all true service and all holy living: to be emptied of self, that Christ may be all. The soul that clings to its own strength accomplishes nothing; but when once we are brought low, then He lifts us up, and His power is made perfect in our weakness.
Yet let this confession not be a passing breath, but the deep, settled conviction of the heart. You have declared you are nothing without Christ. Now learn that in Him all fulness dwells, and He is made unto you wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. Do not merely pray it, live it. Go into this day’s duties not with a divided reliance, but with Christ as your all in all. Take Him with you to the bedside, to the workshop, to the place of temptation. Carry Him into the small trials and into the great conflicts. Without Christ you do nothing, you are nothing; but with Him, all things are possible, for omnipotence resides in the man who has Christ in him.
See, then, that you do not make this prayer a word of despair, but of joyful dependence. He who said, “Without Me ye can do nothing,” also promised, “He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit.” Look to Him as your all, not only in justification, but in every breath of the new life. When you are weak, He is strong. When you have nothing, He is everything. And in all things give thanks, for the hand that has given you Christ will with Him also freely give you all things. Do not fear; only believe. He who began this good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
Now go, and since Christ is all, live for Him. Let your life be hid with Christ in God, so that men shall take knowledge of you that you have been with Jesus. The world is full of shadows; hold fast to the substance. The all-sufficiency of Christ is not a doctrine for the pulpit only, but bread for your daily hunger, water for your thirst, and a broad shield against every fiery dart. You have cried to the Lord as one who is nothing, now rise and walk as one who has found Christ to be all, and who in Him possesses all things. The Lord bless you and keep you, and make His face to shine upon you, for Jesus’ sake.
