We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace, where our Heavenly Father sees your need and hears your plea. Your situation is heavy, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God is your provider and deliverer. The scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is not just a promise—it is a truth we cling to for you today.
First, we must address the pain and injustice you’ve endured. It is not right that your boss treated you unfairly, nor is it acceptable that your son has acted with such malice and disrespect toward you. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." We rebuke the spirit of oppression and deceit that has come against you. These actions are not of God, and we declare that the enemy’s plans to steal, kill, and destroy in your life will not stand. Jesus came so that you might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
Your ex-boss’s actions were cowardly and ungodly. She should have communicated with you directly, but we know that God sees all and will repay. Romans 12:19 says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We pray that God would bring conviction to her heart and that she would repent of her wrongdoing. We also pray that any ungodly soul ties or agreements you may have unknowingly made with her or others who have wronged you would be broken in Jesus’ name.
We are deeply grieved by the actions of your son. It is heartbreaking to see a child turn against their parent, especially when they mock God and take pleasure in your suffering. Psalm 109:17-18 describes such a person: "He loved cursing, so let it come to him. He didn’t delight in blessing, so let it be far from him. He clothed himself also with cursing as with his garment. It came into his inward parts like water, like oil into his bones." We rebuke the spirit of rebellion and hatred in his life. We pray that God would soften his heart and open his eyes to the truth of His existence and love. May he be convicted of his sin and turn to Jesus for salvation. Until then, we encourage you to continue setting boundaries and protecting your heart. Do not engage with him or allow his words to plant seeds of doubt in your faith. Proverbs 26:2 says, "Like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse doesn’t come to rest."
Your financial situation is dire, but we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and who opens the windows of heaven to pour out blessings (Malachi 3:10). We declare that your tax refund will come through swiftly and that God will provide for your hotel bill and every other need. We pray that the interview you have today would be divinely orchestrated. May the Holy Spirit go before you, giving you favor with the interviewer and opening doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We bind any spirit of fear or anxiety that would try to hinder you and declare that you will walk into that interview with confidence, wisdom, and peace.
We also want to gently address the way you referred to your ex-boss and others. While we understand your anger and frustration, Ephesians 4:29 instructs us, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." Even in our pain, we are called to speak life and trust God to handle the rest. We encourage you to release these people to God and ask Him to help you forgive them, not for their sake, but for your own freedom. Unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. It only harms you. We pray that God would give you the strength to forgive and the grace to let go of bitterness.
Now, let us come before the Lord together in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ, lifting her up to You as her provider, protector, and deliverer. Lord, You see her every need—financial, emotional, and spiritual. We ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings upon her life. Provide for her hotel bill, Father, and meet every other need according to Your riches in glory. We declare that she will not be put out but will walk in the abundance You have promised.
Lord, we pray for her interview today. Give her favor, wisdom, and confidence. Let Your Holy Spirit go before her and prepare the hearts of those she will meet. Open doors that no man can shut and close doors that are not Your will for her life. We bind every spirit of fear, doubt, and anxiety that would try to hinder her, and we declare that she will walk in Your perfect peace.
Father, we rebuke the spirits of oppression, deceit, and rebellion that have come against her through her ex-boss and her son. We break every ungodly soul tie and agreement in Jesus’ name. We declare that the enemy’s plans to steal, kill, and destroy in her life will not stand. You are her vindicator, Lord, and we trust You to repay every wrong and restore what has been stolen.
We pray for her son, Lord. Soften his heart and open his eyes to the truth of Your existence and love. Convict him of his sin and draw him to repentance. Until then, give our sister the strength to set boundaries and protect her heart. Help her to forgive, not for their sake, but for her own freedom. Let no bitterness take root in her heart.
Father, we ask that You would surround her with godly community—believers who can encourage her, pray with her, and help meet her needs. Provide divine connections and opportunities for her to walk in Your purpose. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are always with her, even in the darkest valleys.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness to provide. May Your will be done in her life, and may she continue to seek You above all else. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.
We encourage you to hold fast to your faith, even when circumstances seem impossible. Hebrews 11:1 reminds us, "Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen." Your breakthrough is coming, and God is working even when you cannot see it. Continue to seek Him, trust Him, and walk in obedience to His Word. If there are any local churches or ministries in your area, we encourage you to reach out to them for support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there may be resources or assistance available to you.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Jesus, repent of your sins, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and in Him, you will find eternal hope and peace. If you have already done this, we praise God for your salvation and encourage you to continue growing in your relationship with Him.
