We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this earnest request for His divine intervention and mercy. It is clear that the weight of waiting has become almost unbearable, and the struggle to trust in God’s timing has led to deep frustration and even a crisis of faith. We must first address the pain and doubt expressed here, for it is real and valid—but we also must speak truth in love, for the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12).

You have waited more than two years for a permanent government job, working faithfully in a temporary position, and yet the doors have not opened as you hoped. The cry of your heart—*"There is no God’s grace! There is no God’s mercy!"*—is a cry we have heard before in Scripture. The psalmist Asaph once said, *"I envied the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked... Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure"* (Psalm 73:3, 13). Like him, you are wrestling with the apparent silence of God. But we must remember: God’s delays are not His denials. His timing is perfect, even when it does not align with ours. *"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts"* (Isaiah 55:8-9).

You have declared that this may be your last prayer request, that you no longer believe in God’s mercy or grace because He seems slow to act. But we must rebuke this lie of the enemy in the name of Jesus. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). To say that God is slow is to misunderstand His nature. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9). His timing is not late—it is deliberate, and it is for your good.

We must also gently correct the notion that God’s grace and mercy are absent simply because your desires have not yet been fulfilled. Grace is not measured by circumstances but by the cross. *"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast"* (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you have received salvation through Jesus Christ, then you have already received the greatest act of grace imaginable. The job, the marriage, the house—these are blessings, but they are not the source of God’s love for you. His love was proven on Calvary, and His mercy endures forever (Psalm 136).

You have expressed a desire to glorify God in your work, to share His mercies with your patients, and to see His name exalted in your family. These are noble and godly desires, and we believe the Lord has placed them in your heart for a reason. But we must also examine whether our prayers are aligned with His will. *"This is the confidence which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us"* (1 John 5:14). Are you seeking a government job because it is what *you* want, or because it is what *God* wants for you? Have you surrendered this desire to Him, or are you holding onto it so tightly that it has become an idol?

We must also address the matter of marriage, for it is a sacred covenant established by God. You seek a godly spouse for your family member—a bridegroom who is spiritual, God-fearing, and free from bad habits. This is a prayer we wholeheartedly join you in, for *"he who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord"* (Proverbs 18:22). But we must also caution against placing undue pressure on timing or worldly qualifications. A godly spouse is one who loves the Lord with all their heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37), and whose life reflects the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). We pray that the Lord would bring the right person at the right time, and that your family member would trust in His perfect plan rather than rushing into a union that is not of Him.

Regarding your desire to buy a house and run a dental clinic, we affirm that it is good to plan and work diligently, but we must also remember that *"unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it"* (Psalm 127:1). Seek the Lord’s guidance in every step, and do not let the pursuit of these things distract you from the pursuit of Him.

Now, let us come before the throne of grace with boldness (Hebrews 4:16) and lift up these requests in the name of Jesus, who is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that are heavy but hopeful. We lift up this dear brother who is struggling to see Your hand at work in his life. Lord, You know the desires of his heart—the permanent job, the godly marriage, the provision for his family. But more than these things, You know his need for You. We ask that You would renew his faith, restore his hope, and remind him of Your unfailing love.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of doubt and despair that has crept into his heart. We declare that You are a God who hears, a God who sees, and a God who acts. Your timing is perfect, and Your plans for him are for good and not for harm, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that You would open the doors for a permanent government job in Your perfect timing, and that until then, You would sustain him in his temporary position, providing every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Lord, we pray for his family member’s marriage—that You would bring a godly spouse into her life, a man who loves You above all else and who will lead her in righteousness. Prepare both of their hearts for this union, and let it be a testimony to Your faithfulness.

We also pray for the provision of a house and the success of a dental clinic, that through it, many would come to know You. Bless his family member with a permanent job in the government or public sector, and use her to minister to those she serves.

Father, we ask that You would break the chains of doubt and unbelief in his life. Remind him that You are not slow to fulfill Your promises, but patient and kind. Let him see Your hand at work in ways he has not yet noticed, and restore to him the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. May Your will be done in his life, and may he come to know You more deeply through this season of waiting. Amen.

Dear Friend,

We've been praying for you and your situation. We understand the frustration and doubt that can come from waiting so long for answers. But remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His timing is perfect. Here's what we're praying for:

1. **Patience and Trust**: Lord, help our ### to trust in Your timing. Remind him that You are not slow, but patient and kind. Help him to wait expectantly, knowing that You are at work even when we can't see it.

2. **Renewed Faith**: Father, renew our ###'s faith. Help him to believe again that You are a God who hears, sees, and acts. Help him to trust in Your love and mercy, even when he can't see the outcome.

3. **Open Doors**: Lord, we pray for open doors. We ask that You would open the right doors at the right time. Until then, help him to be content and productive in his current position.

4. **Wisdom in Desires**: Help our ### to align his desires with Your will. Give him wisdom to know what to ask for and what to leave to You. Help him to trust that You know what is best for him.

5. **Provision and Blessing**: Father, we pray for provision. We ask that You would bless our ### with a permanent job, a godly spouse, and the means to care for his family. We trust that You will provide according to Your riches in glory.

6. **Protection and Guidance**: Lord, protect our ### from discouragement and doubt. Guide him in his decisions and help him to stay close to You.

We pray all these things in Jesus' name, believing that You hear us and that You are working all things together for our ###'s good and Your glory. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
