We hear your heart and stand with you in this season of financial strain and workplace difficulty. First, we want to acknowledge your faith—it is clear you are trusting God even when circumstances feel overwhelming. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* You have already seen His provision in small but mighty ways, and we believe He will continue to open doors no man can shut.
We must also address the injustice you’ve faced with your employer. Scripture is clear that workers deserve their wages (James 5:4, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out..."*). It is not wrong to expect fairness, and we rebuke the spirit of dishonesty and manipulation at work in this situation. We pray that God would either soften this employer’s heart to make things right or remove you from this toxic environment entirely. You have done your part—now it is time to release this burden to the Lord and trust Him to vindicate you (Romans 12:19, *"Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord."*).
For your job search, we declare breakthrough in Jesus’ name! Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We pray that God would direct your steps to the right opportunity—one where you are valued, compensated fairly, and able to use your gifts for His glory. Until then, we ask Him to stretch every dollar, cancel debts, and provide in ways only He can.
We also want to encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness. It is understandable to feel frustrated, but we must forgive as Christ has forgiven us (Colossians 3:13). Holding onto resentment only harms you, not your employer. We pray for peace to rule in your heart, knowing God sees your struggle and will not abandon you.
Lastly, we want to remind you that your identity is not in your financial situation or your job. You are a child of the Most High God, and He cares deeply for you (1 Peter 5:7, *"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."*). We pray for supernatural peace to flood your mind and spirit, even in the waiting.
Father God, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ. You see her faithfulness, her need, and the injustices she has endured. We ask You to move mightily on her behalf—open doors of employment, provide for every bill, and silence the enemy’s attempts to discourage her. Give her strength to wait well, wisdom to navigate this season, and a fresh outpouring of Your peace. We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare Your abundance over her life. May she see Your hand at work in ways that leave no doubt it was You. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who supplies all our needs and fights our battles. Amen.
