We lift you up before the Lord, asking for His divine protection and healing to cover every part of your life. Safety and health are precious gifts from God, and we trust in His promise to watch over His children. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:11-12, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* We pray that the Lord surrounds you with His heavenly host, shielding you from harm and sickness, and grants you strength and vitality for each day.
We also pray for the Lord’s will to be done in the length of your days. While it is good to desire long life, we ultimately trust in God’s perfect timing and purpose. Psalm 139:16 tells us, *"Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them."* We ask that the Lord fills every year of your life with His presence, wisdom, and joy, so that you may serve Him faithfully and bear fruit for His kingdom. May you seek first His righteousness, knowing that all things—including the number of your days—are in His hands (Matthew 6:33).
We notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His authority that we boldly approach the throne of grace. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is in His mighty name that we pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who seeks Your protection and blessing. Lord, we ask that You wrap them in Your loving arms, guarding their coming and going both now and forevermore. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, and grant them the desire of their heart for a long life filled with Your purpose. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You hold their days in Your hands. If they do not yet know You through Your Son, Jesus Christ, we pray that You draw them to Yourself today. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. May they walk in the fullness of Your love and grace all the days of their life. We ask this in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
