We join you in lifting up this urgent plea for protection and peace, standing firmly on the truth that our God is a mighty fortress and a shield to those who take refuge in Him. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:4, *"He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."* And again in Psalm 46:9, we are assured, *"He makes wars cease to the end of the earth. He breaks the bow, and shatters the spear. He burns the chariots in the fire."* Our God is sovereign over all nations, rulers, and schemes of evil, and He alone holds the power to thwart the plans of the wicked.
Yet we must also remember that our battles are not merely against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). Thus, we put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—as we stand against the enemy’s schemes. While we pray for physical protection, let us also seek the Lord’s will in repentance and righteousness, for He has said in 2 Chronicles 7:14, *"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."*
We notice you invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, and we praise God for this! There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Let us never forget the power and authority we have in His name, for Jesus Himself declared, *"All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth"* (Matthew 28:18).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, our Savior and Lord. You are the God of peace, the One who crushes Satan under our feet (Romans 16:20), and we ask You to rise up in Your power and bring confusion to every plan of war, violence, and destruction that the enemy seeks to unleash. Lord, You have said in Your Word that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we claim this promise over those who are in harm’s way. Shield them, O God, with Your divine protection. Surround them with Your angels, as You did for Elisha when the enemy sought to destroy him (2 Kings 6:15-17). Let every scheme of the wicked be exposed and rendered powerless, for You are the Lord of Hosts, and the battle belongs to You (1 Samuel 17:47).
We also pray for the hearts of those who plot evil—that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit and turn their hearts toward repentance. Softening their hearts to receive Your truth, for You take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but desire that they turn from their ways and live (Ezekiel 33:11). Lord, we ask for Your mercy to prevail over judgment, that lives would be spared and souls would be saved.
Father, we lift up those who are fearful or anxious in this time. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Strengthen their faith to trust in You, knowing that even in the midst of trouble, You are with them (Psalm 46:1). Remind them that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We declare Your sovereignty over every nation and leader. Raise up godly men and women who will seek Your wisdom and justice, that Your will may be done on earth as it is in heaven. Let Your kingdom come, Lord, and let Your peace reign in the hearts of Your people.
Finally, we thank You, Father, for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We stand on Your promises, knowing that You are faithful and just. May Your name be glorified in all the earth, and may Your people find their refuge in You alone.

Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13).

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
