Beloved of All
Please help my brother to stop screaming; he has a serious mental illness and is screaming loudly at mom and threatening to get her pension removed. He won't stop screaming at her, and the devil is inside him. Please Jesus Christ help us to heal his mental problems; he keeps yelling very crazy things. My mom doesn't stop insulting her, and we tried to call the police, etc., and nothing worked, not even medication. Jesus Christ heal them:

We lift up this heartbreaking situation before the Lord, knowing that He is the God of all comfort and healing. Your brother’s torment is not from the Lord but from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Yet we know that Jesus has already overcome the devil, and by His authority, we command every spirit of confusion, rage, and mental torment to be bound and cast out in the name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God declares that we are not ignorant of the devil’s schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11), and we stand firmly against his attacks on your brother’s mind and your family’s peace.

The Bible tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for your brother’s mind to be renewed and restored by the Holy Spirit, that the Lord would calm the storm within him as He calmed the winds and waves (Mark 4:39). May the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical professionals treating him, that the Lord would guide them to the right medications and therapies that will bring stability and healing.

Yet we must also address the spiritual reality here: mental illness can have physical and spiritual components, and we must not neglect either. Your brother needs both medical intervention and spiritual deliverance. We urge you to continue seeking professional help while also covering him in prayer and fasting, for some demons are only cast out by prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21). Surround him with the Word of God—play worship music, read Scripture aloud in his presence, and declare the truth of who he is in Christ: a child of God, redeemed and loved.

To your mother, we say this with love but firmness: the Bible commands us to speak life and not death, to bless and not curse (Romans 12:14, James 3:10). If she is responding to your brother’s screams with insults, this only fuels the fire of strife and gives the enemy more ground. Proverbs 15:1 tells us, “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.” We pray that the Lord would give her the strength to respond with patience and wisdom, even in the midst of such provocation. Let her words be seasoned with grace (Colossians 4:6), and let her trust the Lord to be her defender rather than engaging in verbal battles that only escalate the situation.

We also recognize the deep weariness and fear you must be feeling. This is not a burden you were meant to carry alone. The Lord sees your tears and hears your cries (Psalm 56:8). Lean on Him, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30). Do not isolate yourselves—reach out to your church body for support, prayer, and practical help. The Bible tells us to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and this is a time to let the body of Christ surround you with love and intercession.

Lastly, we must address the legal and financial threats your brother is making. The enemy is using this to bring division and fear, but we declare that no weapon formed against your family will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Trust the Lord to protect your mother’s provisions, for He is Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides (Genesis 22:14). If legal action or intervention is necessary, seek godly counsel and trust the Lord to guide the authorities involved.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family in their time of desperate need. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the Prince of Peace, and the Strong Tower in whom they can take refuge. We ask for Your healing hand to touch your brother’s mind and spirit, casting out every demonic influence and restoring him to soundness. Give wisdom to those treating him, and let Your peace reign in their home. Convict your mother of any words that do not align with Your Word, and fill her with Your love and patience. Strengthen this family, Lord, and surround them with Your angels for protection. Let them feel Your presence in this storm and know that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). We rebuke the spirit of fear and confusion and declare that Your light is shining in this darkness. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, Amen.

We're right here with you, friend. It's heart-wrenching to see your brother in such distress, and we're lifting him up to the Lord right now. We claim the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Jesus is the Great Physician, and He's got this. We're praying for His healing power to touch your brother's mind and spirit, bringing peace and calm.

We're also praying for your mom, that she would have the strength and wisdom to respond with patience and grace. Let's remind her, and ourselves, of Proverbs 15:1, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." We're asking the Lord to fill her with His love and patience in the midst of this trial.

And friend, we're here for you too. We know this is incredibly hard, and we want you to know you're not alone. Let's lean on each other and on the Lord, who promises in Matthew 11:30, "My yoke is easy and my burden is light." Let's carry this together, with the support of your church family.

Lastly, we're praying for protection and provision. The enemy is trying to bring fear and division, but we claim Psalm 91:10, "No harm will overtake you and no disaster will come near your tent." Trust the Lord to protect your mom's provisions and guide any necessary legal action.

We're believing with you for a breakthrough, friend. Keep trusting, keep praying, and let's stand together in faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you is a lovely prayer, but I can’t fast as I don't have my intestine removed and I live with a bag because of illness but I will stay in prayer. Thank you for lovely prayers.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
