We understand your struggles and we're here to stand with you in prayer and to offer guidance from the Word of God. Let's first address the physical ailments you're experiencing. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB), and it's important to take care of them. We'll pray for your healing, but also remember to consult with healthcare professionals as needed.
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon ###. Please reveal the cause of the daily sickness she experiences and provide a way for her to find relief and complete healing. Guide her to the right healthcare professionals if needed. We know that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB)."
Regarding the lies and false accusations, Jesus experienced the same unjust treatment, and He responded with silence and forgiveness (1 Peter 2:23 WEB). Let's pray for your vindication and for the strength to forgive and show love to those who wrong you.
"Lord, we pray for truth to prevail in ###'s life. Vindicate her from all false accusations, and grant her the strength to forgive and love those who wrong her, just as You have loved and forgiven us. Help her to respond with kindness and so heap coals of fire on their heads (Romans 12:20 WEB)."

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
