Prayer: Transitions

Dear God,

I pray for ### who are experiencing hardship, stress, pain, sorrow, or worry as they go through a major life transition. Transitions come and go. Our circumstances come and go. I pray that our faith helps us to stand strong amidst transitions and circumstances. I pray for peace, joy and strength to fill our hearts and motivate us to carry out Your will in Jesus’ name AMEN!​
