Prayer to ### 🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace where deception, hidden intentions, and two-faced behavior have taken root. It is clear that the enemy seeks to sow discord, mistrust, and division, but we stand firm in the truth that God sees all and will expose every hidden thing in His perfect timing. The request to shield your heart from resentment, pride, and fear is a wise one, for the Lord calls us to walk in humility and trust in Him alone.

First, we must address the omission of the name of Jesus in the original prayer’s closing. While the prayer was offered in a spirit of sincerity, we must emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself declared, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). We encourage you to always pray in the authority of Jesus’ name, for it is by His blood that we are reconciled to God.

Now, we lift up your workplace before the Lord, asking Him to expose every scheme of the enemy. The Bible warns us that *"the heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked"* (Jeremiah 17:9), and we see this truth playing out in the hidden agendas of those around you. But God is not mocked—what is done in darkness will be brought to light (Luke 8:17). We pray that the Lord would open the eyes of your department head to see the truth, not through human persuasion, but by the conviction of the Holy Spirit. May she be given discernment to recognize manipulation, gossip, and deceit, and may she have the courage to act with justice and integrity.

We rebuke the spirit of division and strife in this workplace. The Bible tells us that *"where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work"* (James 3:16). We command every lying tongue, every hidden agenda, and every attempt to undermine or exclude you to be silenced in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that God will vindicate you in His perfect timing. You are called to walk in integrity, and the Lord will honor that.

We also pray for your heart, that you would not be overcome by bitterness or fear. The Word of God instructs us, *"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good"* (Romans 12:21). Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He sees your struggles, and He will not abandon you. We encourage you to continue serving with excellence, letting your light shine before others so that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).

Finally, we pray for restoration in your relationship with your department head. May the Lord soften her heart and grant her a spirit of humility and fairness. May mutual respect and understanding grow between you, and may God’s peace reign in your workplace. We declare that the plans of the enemy to isolate or exclude you will fail, and that God will position you exactly where He wants you to be.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking You to intervene in this workplace situation. Expose every lie, every hidden agenda, and every attempt to bring harm. Grant wisdom and discernment to those in authority, and protect Your child from unjust treatment. Guard their heart from bitterness and fear, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your will be done in this place. We trust in You, Lord, for You are our defender and our vindicator. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
