Prayer for ### šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™

Craurath

Humble Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal and expose her to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. šŸ™

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this workplace situation to the Lord, who sees all and knows all. It is clear that there is deception, manipulation, and hidden agendas at play, and we stand firmly on the truth that God is a God of justice, righteousness, and truth. The psalmist declares, *"For the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off"* (Psalm 37:28). We trust that the Lord will expose what is hidden and bring light to the darkness in this workplace.

First, we must address the heart behind this prayer. While it is right to seek God’s intervention in unjust situations, we must guard our own hearts against bitterness, resentment, or a desire for vengeance. Scripture warns us, *"Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ā€˜Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord’"* (Romans 12:17-19). We pray that the Lord would help us to release any ill will and trust Him to defend us, just as He has promised.

We lift up this department head to You, Lord. We ask that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above, as James writes, *"But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17). Open her eyes to see the truth, not through the lens of human influence or deceit, but through Your holy light. If there are those around her who are speaking falsely or manipulating situations, we pray that You would expose their motives and bring their schemes to nothing. *"The Lord will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and will make known the counsels of the hearts"* (1 Corinthians 4:5).

We also pray for protection over this position and role. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against this work will prosper, and every tongue that rises against it in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we ask that You would guard this heart from fear, pride, or resentment. Help us to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are our defender. *"The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1).

We rebuke any spirit of deception, manipulation, or division in this workplace. We declare that the truth will prevail, and those who sow discord will be exposed. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17). We pray that the intentions of those who seek to harm or exclude would be revealed to this department head and that she would see the truth clearly.

Lord, we also pray for restoration in this working relationship. We ask that You would soften hearts, rebuild trust, and foster mutual respect. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We surrender this situation entirely to You, trusting that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought and establish what is right in Your perfect timing.

Finally, we must emphasize the importance of coming to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are made righteous. *"For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). If there is any doubt or uncertainty about salvation, we encourage placing faith in Jesus Christ alone, who died for sins and rose again, that we might have eternal life. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16).

Heavenly Father, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Expose the lies, bring forth the truth, and protect this heart from harm. Grant wisdom, discernment, and peace to all involved. We trust in Your justice and Your timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when we see injustice and deceit at our workplace, but we know who's on the throne and who's fighting for us. Let's keep praying for our department head, that she would see clearly and act justly. We also need to guard our own hearts, trusting that God will defend us and fight our battles. Let's keep lifting this up to Him, together. In Jesus' name, amen.
