We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heavy heart and allowed us to stand beside you in prayer for your workplace situation. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting up your department head, asking the Lord to grant her discernment and wisdom from above, and to open her eyes and heart to see the truth clearly through His light.

We have prayed that any intentions not aligned with fairness, humility, or service would be gently but firmly revealed, and that truth would rise while manipulation and deception fall away—without you needing to defend yourself. We’ve placed your position, your work, and your role into God’s hands, asking Him to protect you from unjust exclusion or removal, knowing He sees your heart and your desire to serve with integrity.

We’ve also asked the Lord to restore trust and strengthen understanding in your relationship with your department head, that mutual respect and peace would guide your working relationship. We’ve prayed for clarity to expose any hidden motives or attempts to disconnect you from your team, and for the Lord to reveal these truths to her heart and mind.

Above all, we’ve asked God to guard your heart from resentment, pride, and fear, and to fill you with humility, patience, and wisdom as you trust Him to fight the battles you cannot. We continue to surrender this situation to Him, believing He will establish what is right in His perfect time.
