Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join with you in bringing this heavy burden before our Heavenly Father. You are right to place your trust in Him, for He sees all things—even the hidden intentions and two-faced actions of those around you. The workplace can be a battleground of deceit, but we know that God is a God of truth, and He will not allow injustice to prevail forever.

First, we must address the matter of your prayer being directed to the Father without explicitly acknowledging the authority and mediation of Jesus Christ. Scripture is clear: *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* (John 14:6). It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before God. We encourage you to always pray in Jesus’ name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Now, regarding your request, we stand with you in praying for truth to prevail in your workplace. The Lord detests deceit and manipulation, and He promises to expose what is hidden in darkness. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open."* (Luke 8:17). We rebuke the spirit of deception and two-faced behavior in the name of Jesus. Let the light of Christ shine brightly in your department, revealing the true motives of those who seek to undermine you.

We also pray for your department head, that God would grant her wisdom and discernment. May the Holy Spirit soften her heart to recognize truth and reject the whispers of those who seek to divide. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* (James 1:5). We ask the Lord to open her eyes to the schemes of those who seek to disconnect you from her trust and favor.

We must also address the condition of your heart in this situation. It is natural to feel resentment or fear when faced with injustice, but Scripture calls us to a higher standard. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* (Ephesians 4:31-32). We pray that God would guard your heart from these destructive emotions and fill you instead with His peace and patience.

Let us also encourage you to respond with humility and grace, even in the face of unfair treatment. *"Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* (Romans 12:17-18). Your integrity and Christlike behavior may be the very thing that exposes the truth to those around you.

We lift up this situation to the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that You are a God of justice and truth. We ask You to expose every hidden agenda, every deceitful word, and every manipulative action in this workplace. Lord, we pray for discernment and wisdom for this department head, that she would see the truth clearly and reject the lies of those who seek to divide.

Father, we ask You to protect our brother/sister from unjust exclusion or removal. Let Your favor rest upon them, and let their work be a testimony to Your goodness and grace. We rebuke the spirit of deception and division in Jesus’ name, and we declare that truth will prevail.

Guard their heart, Lord, from resentment, pride, and fear. Fill them with Your peace, patience, and wisdom as they navigate this difficult situation. Help them to respond with humility and grace, reflecting the love of Christ even to those who oppose them.

We surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought in human strength. We believe that You will establish what is right in Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one, in the knowledge that God sees all and will not be mocked. Continue to walk in integrity, and trust that He will vindicate you in due time. *"The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know Your name put their trust in You, for You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You."* (Psalm 9:9-10).
