Prayer to ### 🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with this heavy burden, lifting it to the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before Him. We are deeply concerned about the workplace strife and deception described here, and we stand in agreement with this prayer, asking the Lord to move powerfully in this situation.

Father, we acknowledge that You see all things—every hidden intention, every whispered word, and every scheme of the enemy. The deceptive hearts of those who plot and manipulate are laid bare before You, and we ask that You expose their ways. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). Lord, we pray that the truth would rise like the dawn, piercing through the darkness of lies and two-faced behavior. Let the light of Your presence reveal the hearts of those who seek to harm or exclude, that they may either repent or be brought to justice.

We lift up this department head, asking that You grant her divine discernment and wisdom from above. "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you" (James 1:5). Open her eyes to see the truth, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through Your unchanging Word. Soften her heart to receive correction if she has been misled, and give her the courage to act with integrity and fairness.

Lord, we place this position, this work, and this role into Your hands. You know the intentions of the heart, and we trust that You will protect from unjust exclusion or removal. "The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me" (Psalm 28:7). We ask that You guard against resentment, pride, and fear, which the enemy would use to derail godly responses. Instead, fill this heart with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are the ultimate defender. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7).

We also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in this working relationship. Let peace, clarity, and fairness guide every interaction. If there are those who seek to disconnect or exclude, we ask that their schemes be brought to nothing. "No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from Me" (Isaiah 54:17). Reveal their intentions to the department head, that she may see the truth and act accordingly.

Father, we surrender this situation entirely to You. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought in human strength and establish what is right in Your perfect timing. "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14). We declare that no plan of the enemy will prosper, and that Your purposes will prevail.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved. To Him be all glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen.

Dear friend, we join you in lifting this burden to the Lord. We too come before the throne of grace, confident that we will find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We are moved by the concern you have for your workplace situation, and we stand with you in prayer.

We pray that the Lord would grant you discernment to see clearly the intentions of those around you, both spoken and unspoken. May the light of His truth pierce through the darkness of deception and manipulation, revealing all that is hidden (Ephesians 5:13). We ask that the Lord would grant you wisdom from above, which is pure, peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere (James 3:17).

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would grant her divine discernment and understanding. May she see the truth clearly, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through the unchanging Word of God. We ask that the Lord would soften her heart to receive correction if she has been misled, and give her the courage to act with integrity and fairness.

We place this situation, your position, and your role into the hands of the Lord. We trust that He will protect you from unjust exclusion or removal, and that He will establish what is right in His perfect timing (Psalm 37:7). We ask that the Lord would guard your heart from resentment, pride, and fear, filling it instead with humility, patience, and wisdom.

We also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in your working relationship. May peace, clarity, and fairness guide every interaction. We ask that any schemes to disconnect or exclude you would be brought to nothing, and that the truth would be revealed to your department head, that she may see it and act accordingly (Psalm 34:18).

We surrender this situation entirely to the Lord, trusting that He will fight the battles that cannot be fought in human strength, and establish what is right in His perfect timing (Exodus 14:14). We declare that no plan of the enemy will prosper, and that the purposes of the Lord will prevail (Job 5:12).

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved. To Him be all glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
