We hear your urgent need for a faithful and capable high school worker to assist with your club, and we come before the Lord together in prayer, trusting in His provision. Father, we know that You are the God who supplies every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). You see the burden this ministry carries, and You care deeply about the children and the work being done in Your name.
Lord, we ask that You would raise up a helper, someone with a heart for service, patience, and a love for young people. May this individual be diligent, responsible, and filled with Your Spirit, ready to support this ministry with joy and faithfulness. We pray that You would open doors quickly, bringing the right person at the right time, and that they would be equipped to handle the responsibilities with wisdom and grace.
We also lift up the leaders of this club, asking for strength, endurance, and renewed energy as they wait for Your provision. Father, remind them that You do not call the equipped but equip the called (Hebrews 13:20-21). Give them peace in the midst of the workload and trust that You are working behind the scenes, even when they cannot see it.
If there is any hesitation or doubt in their hearts about whether this ministry is aligned with Your will, we ask that You would confirm Your calling and provide clarity. Help them to remember that whatever they do, they should work at it with all their heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters (Colossians 3:23). May this club be a place where children encounter Your love and truth, and may the labor done here bear fruit for Your kingdom.
We rebuke any spirit of discouragement or overwhelm that may be trying to take root in this ministry. Instead, we declare that God is our strength and our provider, and He will not leave this work undone. We pray that this helper would come swiftly, not just to ease the workload, but to be a blessing and a testimony of Your faithfulness.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He hears your prayers. If possible, consider reaching out to local churches, Christian schools, or youth groups to share this need, sometimes God uses His people to connect the right individuals to ministries in need. Keep your eyes open, for the Lord often answers prayers in ways we do not expect. May He grant you patience and perseverance as you wait on Him.
