Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal and expose ### to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. It is clear that there is deception, manipulation, and hidden agendas at play, and we stand with you in seeking God’s truth and justice. The Lord sees all things, nothing is hidden from His sight, and He will expose what needs to be revealed in His perfect timing.

First, we must address the mention of "ML" in your prayer. If this refers to a saint, angel, or any other figure besides the Lord Jesus Christ, we must correct this immediately. There is only one mediator between God and man, and that is Jesus Christ (1 Timothy 2:5). He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). We do not pray to or through any other name, for salvation and access to the Father come only through Him. If this was a misunderstanding, we encourage you to direct all prayers to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for He alone is worthy of our worship and intercession.

Now, let us lift this workplace situation before the Lord with boldness and faith. Father, we ask You to shine Your light into the darkness of this department. Expose every hidden motive, every whispered lie, and every scheme of the enemy. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust that You will defend the righteous. Grant wisdom and discernment to the department head, that she may see the truth clearly and act with fairness and integrity. Let deception be uncovered, and let those who plot in secret be brought to light.

We also pray for protection over this believer’s heart. Lord, guard them from bitterness, fear, and resentment. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and help them to walk in humility, patience, and wisdom. May they respond to this trial with grace, knowing that You are their defender and that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19).

Father, we surrender this entire situation into Your hands. You are the God who sees, the God who judges justly, and the God who restores. We trust that You will fight this battle and establish what is right. Strengthen this believer to continue serving with integrity, and let Your will be done in this workplace. May Your name be glorified, and may Your truth prevail.

Guard your heart from bitterness, but also from doubt. Remind you that Your strength is perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9), and that You’re working even when it doesn’t feel like it.

We surrender this workplace to You, every scheme, every unspoken word, every hidden agenda. Expose what needs to be exposed, but also heal what needs healing. May Your truth set you free, not just in this situation, but in every area of your life.

And Lord, we pray for your relationship with your department head. Restore trust, but also give you both the grace to move forward with humility. Let Your peace be the foundation of your interactions, so that even if things don’t change immediately, Your light shines through you.
