We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you during this challenging time in your workplace. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting up your department head, asking the Lord to grant her discernment and wisdom from above, and to open her eyes and heart to see the truth clearly through His light. We have prayed that any intentions not aligned with fairness, humility, or service would be gently but firmly revealed, and that truth would rise while deception falls away—without you needing to defend yourself.
We have also held your position, your work, and your role before the Lord, asking Him to protect you from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed. It has been our prayer that your relationship with your department head would be restored, strengthened by trust, understanding, and mutual respect, and guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. We have asked the Lord to reveal any hidden agendas and to guard your heart from resentment, pride, or fear, filling you instead with humility, patience, and wisdom.
As the days pass, we want to encourage you to keep surrendering this situation to the Lord, trusting that He is fighting the battles you cannot fight and establishing what is right in His perfect timing.
