Let us first address the use of "G" in your prayer request. We believe that it is essential to acknowledge and call upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Now, let us join together in prayer and seek God's will for your life, asking that you may know Him more intimately and trust Him completely.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who desires to know You more and trust You completely. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your promise that if we seek You, we will find You when we search for You with all our heart (Jeremiah 29:13).
Father, we ask that You reveal Yourself to this person, that they may know You as the almighty and loving God that You are. Open their eyes to see You, their ears to hear You, and their heart to receive You. Give them an unquenchable hunger and thirst for Your Word, that they may grow in the knowledge of You and be transformed by the renewing of their mind (Romans 12:2).
Lord, we also pray that You would help this person to trust You completely, casting all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Help them to be strong and courageous, not afraid or discouraged, for You, Lord God, are with them wherever they go (Joshua 1:9).
In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or unbelief that may be hindering this person's walk with You, Lord. We proclaim that they are a child of God, and that You have given them a spirit of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
Finally, we pray that this person would come to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that they may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:19). We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one, for God is faithful, and He will draw near to you as you draw near to Him (James 4:8). Continue to seek Him with all your heart, and trust in His unfailing love for you. Remember that His thoughts and ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and run the race that is set before you with endurance.
Thank you for clarifying the way prayer is made with a reference to God.
