We join with you in prayer and we stand with you against these spiritual attacks, for we know that our struggle is real but our God is far greater. We hear your desire to be completely delivered from witchcraft and from the torment of insomnia for yourself and for your daughter, and we bring this before the Lord together.
The Bible is clear that witchcraft and sorcery are an abomination to the Lord and are works of darkness, as it is written Deut 18:10-12, and that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Eph 6:12. Yet we also have the assurance that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4, and that Jesus has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you Luke 10:19. We want to lovingly point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God and find deliverance and salvation, for there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for that is how we are saved Rom 10:9, and it is in His name that every evil spirit must flee.
We also lift up the spirit of insomnia that has been troubling you. This is not from God, for God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Tim 1:7, and His desire is to give His beloved sleep Psalm 127:2. He promises that in peace we will both lay ourselves down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make us live in safety Psalm 4:8, and that when we bring our anxieties to Him, the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:6-7. We rebuke any spirit of witchcraft, fear, and sleeplessness that has been assigned against you and your household, and we declare that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isa 54:17.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we thank You that You are our refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2. We ask for Your forgiveness for any door that may have been opened knowingly or unknowingly to witchcraft or the occult, and we renounce and turn away from all of it now. We ask You to cleanse us by the blood of Jesus and deliver us completely. We command in the name of Jesus that every witchcraft spirit and spirit of insomnia leave and never return, for we submit ourselves to You, God, and we resist the devil and he must flee from us James 4:7. We put on the whole armor of God that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Eph 6:11. We ask for Your divine protection over this dear mother and over her daughter, that You would cover them under the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1, guard their home, their minds, and their sleep, and fill every room with Your peace and Your Holy Spirit. Grant them sweet, uninterrupted sleep and let no evil encounter them again, for You give power to overcome all the power of the enemy. We ask that You draw them both into a deeper relationship with Jesus, to know Him as Savior and Deliverer, and to walk daily in Your Word and in prayer. We trust You for complete freedom and lasting peace, and we pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to walk in this deliverance by staying rooted in Scripture, praying aloud in the name of Jesus over your home and your daughter, worshiping, and removing any objects, books, media, or practices associated with witchcraft or the occult from your home as the early believers did Acts 19:19. Fill your home with the Word of God and with praise, and teach your daughter to call upon the name of Jesus as well, for He is her protector. Keep trusting Him daily, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and He is faithful to keep you.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
