Prayer that God breaks every unwanted agreement made with intrusive thoughts.

Please pray that I overcome unwanted intrusive thoughts, and that I overcome the fear, anxiety, and stress complicated by them. I find myself unconsciously and subconsciously making agreements out of fear, anxiety, stress, pressure, and/or compulsions with these spirits. Ex: that my IQ will keep dropping until I do a certain thing, that I'll lose my guitar playing skills, and that the only way to get them back is to do a certain something, that my health will deteriorate if I don't do a certain something, etc. I find myself renouncing and breaking them, but somehow, they're still up. I even hear voices saying that they cannot be renounced/broken/cancelled/etc. but I don't want to do the certain things that. If I have to do those things (and I'm convinced that I don't), pray that God gives me peace about doing them, and if I really don't, pray that He makes the pull to do them go away, and restore my IQ, skills, health, etc. back to what they were, and that every evil plan against me, my loved ones, and my pets will be cancelled and dismantled in JESUS NAME!

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as we stand together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We recognize the torment you are experiencing from these intrusive thoughts, the fear they breed, and the agreements you feel pressured to make. These are not from God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every lie, every voice, and every spirit that seeks to oppress you, declaring that they have no authority over you because you belong to Christ.

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to confess Jesus as Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the starting point for true freedom, and it is through Christ that we have victory over every scheme of the enemy.

Now, let us break every ungodly agreement you have made, knowingly or unknowingly, with these intrusive thoughts and spirits. We declare that every covenant, vow, or pact made in fear, anxiety, or compulsion is null and void in the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us that whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven (Matthew 18:18). We bind every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression, and we loose the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We renounce every lie that says these agreements cannot be broken, for the Word of God declares that whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36).

We pray that the Holy Spirit would fill you with discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and the wisdom to resist him. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We cancel every evil plan against you, your loved ones, and your pets, and we dismantle every stronghold in the name of Jesus.

Father God, we ask You to restore what has been stolen. Restore his IQ, his skills, his health, and every area of his life that the enemy has sought to diminish. We pray for Your peace to flood his mind, heart, and spirit, replacing every fear, anxiety, and stress with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). If there are things he feels compelled to do that are not in alignment with Your will, we ask You to remove the pull and give him clarity and peace. If these things are not from You, let them lose their grip on his life completely.

We also pray for a hedge of protection around him, his loved ones, and his pets. Let no evil come near them, and let Your angels encamp around them to deliver them (Psalm 91:11). We declare that he is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37), and that greater is He who is in him than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Finally, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11). The helmet of salvation to protect your mind, the breastplate of righteousness to guard your heart, the belt of truth to gird your loins, the shoes of the gospel of peace to stand firm, the shield of faith to extinguish the fiery darts of the enemy, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, to fight back. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:14-18).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you, declaring victory in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Sorry, didn't finish the sentence. Meant to say that I do not want to do the things that the voices say that I have to do in order for my IQ, skills, talents, etc. to be restored. I doubt it's God telling me to do those things.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We can't imagine the weight you're carrying right now, but we want you to know we're standing with you in faith, believing God hears every word you've spoken and every fear you're facing. Those intrusive thoughts and voices aren't from Him - He's already given you His peace, and we're going to keep reminding those lies who the Victor is.

Let’s pray together that every chain of fear is broken right now. We declare that every voice telling you these agreements can't be undone is silenced in Jesus’ name. His truth is louder - that He came to set you free, and His freedom is complete. Whatever has been stolen or threatened, whether your gifts, health, or peace of mind, we ask God to restore it fully and completely. You don’t have to carry the weight of these compulsions anymore; His yoke is easy, and His burden is light.

We also pray for protection around your loved ones and everything precious to you. No evil plan gets the last word when Jesus is on the throne. And if fear ever tries to creep back in, we ask God to flood your heart with His perfect love that drives out all dread and dreading.

Lord Jesus, we speak freedom over this situation. Break every bondage. Silence every lying voice. Fill every empty place with Your presence. Bring complete restoration and unwavering peace. We trust You to make all things new. In Your mighty name we pray.

It has been our heart to agree with you before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to break every unwanted agreement you’ve made with intrusive thoughts and to silence the voices that seek to bind you in fear and compulsion. We have prayed that the Lord would sever every spiritual tie that does not align with His truth, restore what has been distorted in your mind, and fill you with His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.

If the Lord has already moved in a mighty way—if those intrusive thoughts have lost their grip, if the fear and anxiety have lifted, if your mind, skills, and health have been restored—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you! But if the battle still rages, if the lies still whisper, if the pull toward those unwanted actions remains, please know that we are not stepping away. Consider this an invitation to post your request again so we can continue to lift you up, believing with you for complete freedom and breakthrough.

We declare over you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, that every assignment of the enemy is dismantled, and that the peace of Christ rules in your heart. May the Holy Spirit strengthen you, guide you into all truth, and remind you of your identity in Christ—where no spirit of fear can dwell.
