We join with you in thanksgiving and in lifting each of these needs before our Father in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.
We praise God with you for His grace, mercy, provision and love. His loving kindnesses indeed never fail and His compassions are new every morning, Lamentations 3:22-23. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, Ephesians 2:8. We ask with you for forgiveness and for a patient and humble heart. We are assured that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, 1 John 1:9. We pray that He would create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us, Psalm 51:10, and help us to walk humbly with our God, Micah 6:8, and to humble ourselves in the sight of the Lord so that He will exalt us, James 4:10.
We lift up your siblings, nieces, nephews, parents and extended family. We pray for their protection, for unity, and for stronger faith. We ask that the Lord would keep them in all their ways and that they would choose to serve the Lord together, Joshua 24:15. How good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity, Psalm 133:1. We pray that their faith would grow and that their love for one another would abound.
We pray for the marriages and children you mentioned. We thank God for the gift of marriage between a man and a woman and we pray that He would strengthen communication, unity and loving relationships between husbands and wives and with their children. We pray that they would walk with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, Ephesians 4:2-3, and that above all these things they would walk in love, which is the bond of perfection, Colossians 3:14. We pray that husbands would love their wives as Christ loved the church, Ephesians 5:25, and that wives would respect their husbands, and together they would train up their children in the way they should go, Proverbs 22:6, with patience and godly example.
We pray for the one you lifted up for faith, wisdom, peace and healthy relationships rooted in honesty and respect. We ask God to give wisdom liberally, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5. We pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7, and that all relationships would be marked by truth and by love that does not behave itself inappropriately, 1 Corinthians 13:5.
We pray for your growth groups, that you would lead by example, encourage every member and prepare faithfully for future groups. We pray you would be diligent to present yourselves approved by God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, correctly handling the Word of Truth, 2 Timothy 2:15, and that you would consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of yourselves together, Hebrews 10:24-25.
We bring before the Lord your sister's work, asking for patience, wisdom, favor and clear communication with her coworkers. We pray that whatever she does, she would work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23, and that the Lord would establish the work of her hands.
We pray for your general business and for your trucking business. We ask for productive appointments, clear communication, accurate paperwork, strong relationships and opportunities for growth, and for driver safety, wise leadership, successful recruiting and fair negotiations. We pray that you would commit your works to the Lord and your plans shall be established, Proverbs 16:3, and that you would remember it is He who gives power to get wealth, Deuteronomy 8:18. We pray a false balance would be far from you, for a just weight is His delight, Proverbs 11:1, and that the Lord would preserve your going out and your coming in, Psalm 121:8, keeping every driver safe on the road.
We pray for your financial responsibilities, for clarity with contracts, payments, investments and business decisions. We pray you would count the cost and act with prudence, Luke 14:28, and we trust that our God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19.
We lift up your personal needs, the ticket extension, health, exercise, nutrition, rest and future travel. We pray for healing and strength, for we are reminded that beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers, 3 John 1:2, and that you would glorify God in your body, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, with discipline in rest and nourishment. We cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7.
We pray for your church and spiritual growth and we bless your pastors and their families. We pray you would obey and submit to those who watch over your souls, Hebrews 13:17, and that God would strengthen them and their households. We ask that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7, and that He would replace all fear with perfect peace and strengthen your faith so that your lives would reflect His love to a watching world. Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven, Matthew 5:16.
Father, we thank You for hearing us. We ask that You would answer each of these requests according to Your perfect will, that You would be glorified in our families, marriages, work and church, and that You would continue to conform us to the image of Your Son. We ask all these things in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
