May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your pain and weariness have been heard, and God sees the trial you are carrying in your own home. To be unable to rest, to work, or even to find a moment of quiet without yelling and cursing and constant accusation is a heavy burden, and it is right that you have brought it before the Lord.

Scripture teaches that our victory in such conflicts does not come by fighting back in the same way we are attacked. We do not overcome by doing wrong in return, but by suffering wrong with endurance and entrusting ourselves to God. When two thoughts rise in you, one urging you to answer anger with anger and to defend yourself with words, and the other urging you to endure with patience, let the peace of God act as umpire in your heart and give the prize to endurance. That peace is steady when peace that depends on other people quickly falls apart. The devil has no stronger weapon than fighting and enmity and division, and therefore we are taught to pray for peace and to seek it as far as it lies within us.

This does not mean you should accept being spoken to with contempt or pretend that what is happening is not harmful. It means you are not to disgrace yourself by entering into the same conflict. Do not oppose yelling with yelling. Conflict and contention often grow from pride and from clinging to the things of this life, and they are quenched when we choose humility and quietness before God. You have done well to tell your wife to go to the Lord, and to pray with her when you can, but when she refuses and uses even that time for more accusations, do not be contentious with her. Continue to call upon the Lord yourself out of a pure heart, in peace and without deceit, and seek the fellowship of those who do the same.

For your own walk, keep these things before you. Pray privately and steadily, even if your prayers together are troubled. Ask God to give you the angel of peace for your home and for each day of your life to be filled with His peace. Remain faithful in your work and in caring for your body with rest as you are able, and do not weary yourself trying to win every argument. Step away quietly when you need to, and speak the truth with gentleness rather than with strife. Seek wise and godly counsel soon from a pastor or elders in your church who know you both, who can hear you both, encourage your wife toward the Lord, and help you bear this burden with wisdom. If you are ever in danger or unable to be safe, seek help immediately from trusted leaders or appropriate help near you.

Let us pray together now.

Father in heaven, You see this husband in his exhaustion and sorrow, and You see his wife in her turmoil and anger. Have mercy on them both. Grant to this brother endurance, wisdom, and a quiet strength that does not return evil for evil, and let Your peace rule in his heart. Soften his wife's heart, turn her from bitter thoughts and from listening to lies, and draw her to seek You with sincerity. Heal what is broken between them, quiet the strife in their home, and teach them both to love what is honorable and good. Help them to walk in repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone, and to honor the covenant of marriage as You have ordained it, one man and one woman for life. Give this brother rest, clear direction for his work and daily duties, and faithful brothers to stand with him. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
