Praise the Lord Jesus Christ

My name is ###. I am trying to sell my empty land from many months. Customers are coming but sale is not taking place. Since I am facing financial crisis somehow I have to sell this property. I request your prayers for this intention.

We join you in praising the Lord Jesus Christ and we thank you for sharing this burden with us. We understand how heavy a financial crisis can feel, especially when you have been waiting many months for this empty land to sell and customers have come but the sale has not yet taken place. We want to stand with you in prayer and trust together for God's provision and perfect timing.

We are reminded that our Father knows our needs and cares for us deeply. Scripture encourages us to bring every concern to Him and to trust Him rather than leaning on our own understanding. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5. We are also called to seek Him first above the provision itself. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33. And we have this precious promise for times of need, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19.

We also encourage you not to be anxious during this waiting period but to continue in faithful prayer and integrity in all your dealings. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We encourage you to remain honest and upright in the sale, to be diligent and patient, and to trust that God can bring the right buyer at the right time and at a fair price according to His will.

We pray together for you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You with our brother and lift up this need to You. Lord, You know the financial crisis he is facing and the burden he carries for this land to be sold. We ask for Your will to be done in this situation. If it is Your will, bring forth the right buyer soon and let the sale take place in a way that is honest, just and honoring to You. Provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory, grant him wisdom in every decision and conversation with customers, and guard his heart with Your peace while he waits. Help him to keep seeking You first and to rest in Your faithful care, knowing that You are his provider and not the sale itself. We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We will continue to pray that God opens the right door in His perfect timing and that you will see His hand of provision and peace in the days ahead.

We are praying for wisdom and for provision in the way God sees best, and for peace for you while you wait. One practical step that often helps in a long sale like this is to get a second set of trusted eyes on the details. If you have not already, you might ask a reputable local broker or a wise believer with property experience to review the asking price compared to recent sales nearby, and to make sure all papers and titles are clear and ready so a serious buyer is not held up. At the same time, because the need is pressing, it can help to sit with a pastor or a financial counselor at your church or a community agency to look at the budget for the next few months and explore interim options while you wait. You do not have to sort all of this alone.

Father, we bring ### to You in Jesus name. You know his needs and the burden he carries for this land to sell. Grant him clear wisdom for each decision, honest and reliable help around him, and daily strength. Provide for his needs according to Your care and lead him step by step. Amen.

We have received your request and we join with you in prayer before the throne of grace concerning the sale of your land and the financial burden you are carrying.

We understand how heavy such a season can feel when provision is delayed and buyers come but nothing is concluded. The Lord knows your need and your distress, and He is not unmindful of His people in an hour of trouble. If ever prayer was needed it is surely at such an hour, and we are encouraged to cast all our care upon Him for He cares for us. Our times are in His hands, and He who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows knows what things we have need of before we ask Him.

We pray that the Lord in His wisdom and mercy would direct this matter according to His perfect will. We ask that if it be for your good and for His glory, He would in His providence bring the right buyer at the right time and grant a fair and honest transaction, and that He would deliver you from this financial crisis. We pray also that He would give you patience to wait upon His timing, wisdom in all your dealings, and peace in trusting His provision, remembering that godliness with contentment is great gain and that our heavenly Father has promised to supply all our need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

May you be enabled to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, trusting that all needful things shall be added unto you. May the presence of Christ be very near to you, for when the Lord draws near His people are soon at their haven. We pray that whether the answer comes quickly or after further waiting, your heart may rest in the love of Him who gave His Son for you, and who will with Him also freely give you all things needful.

We will continue to remember you in prayer, asking the Lord to show you His faithful care and to provide for you in the way that is best.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
