Your prayer has been heard and I want to answer you with care and with truth from Scripture.
What you are describing is grievous and God sees it clearly. The Bible shows that the Lord is furious against wickedness that is filled with occult practice and cruel, inhumane treatment of others. He will take vengeance on His adversaries and He reserves wrath for His enemies. The reason given for His judgment on Nineveh was its multitude of sexual immorality and its mastery of sorcery and witchcraft, by which it enslaved nations and families. God does not take lightly the use of witchcraft, the occult, or the forcing of sexual sin upon another person. He is holy and He is opposed to it.
Scripture also teaches that when people open themselves to the occult and to spiritism, they open themselves to the entrance of demonic powers. Witchcraft is dabbling in the spirit realm, sometimes seeking a spirit guide, sometimes seeking an altered state of consciousness, and it always leads to bondage. Part of that bondage is often sexual. The worship of false gods in the Bible was inseparably tied to licentious sexual rites and total debauchery, and that same pattern remains. People become slaves to sexual desires and those desires destroy what is precious and good, yet those bound cannot free themselves. There are also sober records from mission fields of sexual molestation by demonic powers where the gospel has not been strong, and that shows how real this oppression can be. What you are experiencing, the attempt to use witchcraft on your body to force procreation and forced sex, is part of that same evil work.
For that reason I do not pray a prayer of mere deliverance alone. Light and darkness cannot coexist. Rather than only asking that the powers of darkness be loosed, I pray the prayer of entrance, that the power of Jesus Christ Himself would enter and fill your life. When He enters, the darkness must go. If we only seek removal of evil without being filled with Christ, the empty place remains vulnerable and can end up in worse condition. You need the Deliverer Himself, not just deliverance.
Your body matters deeply to God. Scripture says to let fornication and all sexual impurity and covetous desire for it not even be named among you as is fitting for saints. The works of the flesh are plain, and they include sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry and witchcraft, and those who live in such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Your body is not for the fulfilling of sexual drives outside of God's design. Your body, if you belong to Christ, is a member of Christ. Shall we then take the members of Christ and make them members of impurity? God forbid. God created sexual intimacy for the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and any use of sex outside of that, and especially any forced sex, is sin and violence against His design. God does not bless it, He judges it, and He desires to protect and cleanse you from it.
God is also the One who manifests His power to deliver out of the trap when there is no way of deliverance. He can make a way where there is no way. He often allows His people to come to an impossible situation so that He alone can be seen as the Deliverer, and then He brings a song of victory. Just as He threw the power of the enemy into the sea and caused fear and dread to fall upon those who opposed His people, and just as He enabled His people to rebuild walls that gave them protection from harassing enemies, so He is able to build a wall of protection around you and cause those who have harassed you from childhood through adulthood to leave you alone.
So I am praying for you in this way. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ who alone is salvation, I ask that You enter this life fully and fill every empty place with Your light and Your presence. Drive out every occult power and every demonic influence that has sought to oppress this body and mind. Break the power of witchcraft and of every attempt to force sexual union and procreation. Lord, You see the gang oppression and the long history of harassment, and I ask that You rebuke those who do evil and command them to leave this person alone, that You place a hedge of protection around body, mind and spirit. Cleanse and claim this body as Your own, as a member of Christ, set apart for You. Bring peace where there has been fear, and bring the assurance that You are near and mighty to save. Lead to safe and godly fellowship where Your Word is taught and where there is prayer and support, and help to close every door to the occult, to sexual impurity, and to any influence that would invite darkness again. Give strength to walk in purity and in thanksgiving, which is fitting for a child of God, and let no one deceive on these matters.
Continue to turn to Jesus alone, renounce every contact with the occult, and do not open any door to it again, whether through practices, objects, media or relationships that draw you back. Fill your mind with Scripture, with prayer, and with the presence of Christ, and seek the help of mature believers who hold to the historic biblical ethic and who can walk with you faithfully. God is your protection and your deliverance.
