Prayer Request

Please pray for healing from pain in my body, and for peace, security, and good sleep. Pray that things go well at my work tomorrow and ahead, that I get tasks I can manage, and good relationships with colleagues and my boss. Please also pray for God's help for my son and family, for continued healing in our relationships, and that God's guardian angels protect us from all evil. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in bringing all of these needs before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus, and we thank you for asking in His name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We lift up your body to the Lord who is our healer and our peace. He knows the pain you carry and He cares deeply for you. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us to praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We also pray for the peace and security and restful sleep you have asked for. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Yahweh desires to give you rest, for Psalm 4:8 says In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety, and Psalm 127:2 says for he gives sleep to his loved ones.

We also bring your work before the Lord. We pray that He will grant you favor, wisdom, and strength for each task, and grace in your relationships with your colleagues and your boss. Proverbs 16:3 says Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed, and Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. May He give you tasks that you can manage well and use your work to reflect His goodness.

We join you in praying for your son and your family and for continued healing in your relationships. God is the restorer of families and He calls us to love and forgiveness. Ephesians 4:32 says And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. We ask Him to continue His healing work among you and to draw each of you closer to Himself and to one another. And we agree with you in asking for His protection over you all. We do not pray to angels, but we ask our Father to guard you, for Psalm 91:11 says For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, and Psalm 34:7 says Yahweh's angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. And 2 Thessalonians 3:3 assures us But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus and thank You for Your love and mercy. We ask You to touch this dear one with Your healing hand, to ease pain in the body and bring complete healing according to Your will. Pour out Your perfect peace and sense of security, calm every anxious thought, and grant deep, restorative, good sleep night after night. We commit the work ahead into Your hands, Lord, ask that tomorrow and the days to come would go well, that tasks would be manageable and done with excellence for Your glory, and that relationships with colleagues and with the boss would be marked by kindness, respect, and goodwill. We lift up this son and the whole family to You, ask for Your help, Your guidance, and Your continued healing in every relationship, that love and unity would grow. Cover this family with Your protection, command Your angels to guard them, and keep them from all evil and from the schemes of the enemy. We trust You as our refuge and strength. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Thank you for letting us pray with you about these very personal needs. Living with ongoing pain while trying to rest well and show up well at work can be exhausting, and it makes sense you are asking for peace and a sense of security at night as well as strength for the day ahead.

We are joining you in prayer for relief from the pain in your body and for more restful sleep, for calm and safety in your home, and for tomorrow at work to go smoothly with tasks that feel manageable and with encouraging relationships with your colleagues and boss. We are also praying for your son and family, for healing and growing closeness between you, and for God's protection over you all from evil.

If the pain and trouble sleeping continue, we encourage you to let a trusted doctor or clinician know alongside prayer, so they can listen and help you find next steps.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus' name. Please bring comfort to his body, quiet his mind at night and give him deep, peaceful rest, guard his home and family, and give him grace and wisdom at work tomorrow. Draw near to his son and family and keep healing the bonds between them, and cover them all with Your protecting care. Amen.

We have brought your requests before the Lord and join you in seeking His mercy and grace in every need you have named.

We pray that the Lord will lay His healing hand upon your body and ease your pain. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, and it is written that with His stripes we are healed. Even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue to change and restore. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings, and may pardon and peace go together in your soul, for when the heart is stayed upon Him, He will keep you in perfect peace, peace, peace, because you trust in Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace may be enjoyed even when sorrows surge around and duties press upon you. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest.

We pray also for that quiet and secure sleep which the Lord gives to His beloved. He giveth His beloved sleep, the sleep of a quiet conscience at peace with God, the sleep of contentment and of security in His keeping. May He still your thoughts, guard your heart through the night watches, and grant you deep and refreshing rest, for in Jesus keeping we are safe.

For your work tomorrow and in the days ahead, we ask that the Lord would order your steps, give you strength for each task and make your burden manageable, and grant you favour and charity in all your relationships with colleagues and with those set over you. May you know that even when thronged with duties, His grace is sufficient, and His peace may rule in the midst of labour.

We lift up your son and your family before the throne of grace. We pray for continued healing in your relationships, that the Lord who binds up the broken heart would knit you together in love and forgiveness. As you look to Christ, may an inward peace steal over each heart, and may you be kept in the fellowship of His love. And we ask that the Lord Himself would be your keeper and protector from all evil, for He gives His angels charge over those who fear Him, and we are safe when we abide under the shadow of His wings.

May the Lord hear and answer according to His perfect wisdom and love, and bring you into fuller enjoyment of that perfect peace which endures through every trial, until He calls you to Heaven's perfect peace. We ask all this in the name of Jesus our great Physician and Shepherd. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
