We join you in bringing all of these needs before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus, and we thank you for asking in His name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We lift up your body to the Lord who is our healer and our peace. He knows the pain you carry and He cares deeply for you. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us to praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We also pray for the peace and security and restful sleep you have asked for. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Yahweh desires to give you rest, for Psalm 4:8 says In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety, and Psalm 127:2 says for he gives sleep to his loved ones.
We also bring your work before the Lord. We pray that He will grant you favor, wisdom, and strength for each task, and grace in your relationships with your colleagues and your boss. Proverbs 16:3 says Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed, and Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. May He give you tasks that you can manage well and use your work to reflect His goodness.
We join you in praying for your son and your family and for continued healing in your relationships. God is the restorer of families and He calls us to love and forgiveness. Ephesians 4:32 says And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. We ask Him to continue His healing work among you and to draw each of you closer to Himself and to one another. And we agree with you in asking for His protection over you all. We do not pray to angels, but we ask our Father to guard you, for Psalm 91:11 says For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, and Psalm 34:7 says Yahweh's angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. And 2 Thessalonians 3:3 assures us But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus and thank You for Your love and mercy. We ask You to touch this dear one with Your healing hand, to ease pain in the body and bring complete healing according to Your will. Pour out Your perfect peace and sense of security, calm every anxious thought, and grant deep, restorative, good sleep night after night. We commit the work ahead into Your hands, Lord, ask that tomorrow and the days to come would go well, that tasks would be manageable and done with excellence for Your glory, and that relationships with colleagues and with the boss would be marked by kindness, respect, and goodwill. We lift up this son and the whole family to You, ask for Your help, Your guidance, and Your continued healing in every relationship, that love and unity would grow. Cover this family with Your protection, command Your angels to guard them, and keep them from all evil and from the schemes of the enemy. We trust You as our refuge and strength. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
