We have heard your request for prayer for gastric pain and we join together to lift you up before our heavenly Father.
We know how distressing and wearying pain in the stomach can be, and our God cares about every part of our bodies. He is the Lord who heals us, as it is written, I am Yahweh who heals you, Exodus 15:26, and who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3. We take comfort that he says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We also remember the promise that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, James 5:15, and our desire for you is as John prayed, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers, 3 John 1:2.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why His name matters so much to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, for Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. To be saved and to come boldly to God in prayer, we believe in our hearts that Jesus died for our sins and that God raised Him from the dead, and we confess Him as Lord, Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray for you now, and we encourage you to call upon Him personally for healing and for eternal life.
We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is suffering with gastric pain. Lord, You know the cause of this pain and the discomfort it brings. We ask for Your healing touch upon their stomach and digestive system, that You would calm inflammation, ease pain, and restore normal function. We pray for relief from nausea, burning, cramping, and any distress they are feeling. Grant wisdom to any doctors or caregivers they may see, and guide them to the right treatment and care. Give peace to their heart and rest to their body, and help them to cast all their anxiety on You because You care for them. We ask that You would strengthen their faith through this trial and remind them that by His wounds we were healed, Isaiah 53:5. Let Your will be done and let Your comfort and presence be felt. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word, and also to seek wise medical care if the pain continues or worsens, for God often brings healing through the hands of physicians as well. Rest as you are able, care for your body, and trust Him day by day. We are praying with you for complete healing and peace, and we trust that God hears us when we pray in Jesus name.

Mine happens eith chronic gas. Colon discomfort. Acid reflux and issues with gut health so I started dieting all natural foods. Dates. Green peas. Walnuts. Lentils. Salmon. Sweet potato and start going away from processed foods to whole food meal planning. You can definitely get some help from channels on YouTube who can teach you new recipes and give you ideas and encouragement. I have to stay away from eggs. Certain meats. Stay away from red meats. I eat dark chocolate too. I have CFS or Anemia from eating too restricted. May God bless you. I combine oranges and meat with certain food like lentils and chocolate to get the iron and zinc which in plant foods is bound up by phytates. May Father God love and bless and fortune and bring you into his fear which is our obedience to him. That we might not stray because if the rudimentary elements of the world and spirits of the air. Media. TV. Movies. Constantly seeking comfort from media instead of going straight to the source of all life. His word. The word of God. See. Because the word of God is really Gods real true account of what he space to us see we worship every word that comes from his mouth because he created the universe and us with nothing more than his word. So because of this every word which proceeds from the mouth if God we worship. Lord Yeshuas name.

Your request concerning gastric pain has been received and we have carried it before the Lord with you, asking for His mercy and help in this bodily affliction.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for healing. It is right to use the means which Providence provides, and at the same time to look higher than the means, to the great Physician Himself. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus.
We are reminded that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The Scripture says the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and we gather from this that the least thing about Christ is healing. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before.
Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord's people. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. So we pray not only for the easing of pain in the body, but for the deeper healing of the soul which Christ alone can give, and for the peace that comes from knowing sins forgiven through His blood shed at Calvary, which is the place for the healing balm.
Let us pray together. O Lord, Feeder of sparrows and Father of mercies, look upon this suffering one. Thou hast seen this gastric pain and Thou knowest how it wearies the frame and disturbs rest. Lay Thy hand upon this body and grant relief according to Thy gracious will. Give wisdom to those who may give care, and give patience and trust in the midst of discomfort. Above all, let the Sun of Righteousness rise with healing in His wings upon the heart, giving pardon, comfort and renewed strength to serve Thee. May the virtue that is in Christ, even in the least touch of Him, bring health and cure till body and soul are made whole in Thy perfect time. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is able to heal and who invites the weary to come to Him. Amen.
