We hear your heart in this need and we are standing with you in prayer for God's provision and help to obtain this food assistance soon.
We know how worrying it can be when a basic need like food is uncertain and transportation becomes a barrier, but we take comfort that our Father sees every need and cares deeply for you and your loved one. Scripture reminds us, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and also Therefore don't be anxious, saying, What will we eat, What will we drink or, With what will we be clothed For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:31-33. We also cling to the promise that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1.
We want to gently share something we noticed, your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We say this in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. To know God's help and peace fully, we must come to Him through faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and trusting Him as Lord and Savior. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to call upon His name today.
We lift this need to the Lord together in prayer. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we lift up this dear one and their loved one to You. Lord, You know the need for this food stamps card and the difficulty in getting to social services to pick it up. We ask that You make a way where there seems to be no way. Please open doors for transportation, for favor with the social services office, and for provision. We pray that if it is possible, they would be able to have the card mailed or find another simple way to receive it without hardship. Provide helpers, whether neighbors, family, church family, or community resources, to assist. Give wisdom to know who to call and what steps to take, for You have promised If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask for Your peace to guard their hearts while they wait, and for daily bread to be supplied. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Your need has been heard and we have brought it before the Lord with you, for He is a God who does not forget the poor and needy.
The Scripture says, the needy shall not always be forgotten, and though provision is often handed out with coldness and sternness among men, the Lord Himself looks upon the poor with tender mercy. He knows what it is to want daily bread when the rent is paid and food must be bought, and He has treasured up in Christ an infinite fullness to supply all our needs, so that the very thought of them need not crush us or drive us to despair.
We pray that the God of all mercies, whose mercies are more than can be numbered and every one of which comes to us by way of the Cross, will make a way for you in this strait. We ask Him to open a door for safe and timely transportation to the office where the card is to be received, to move upon the hearts of neighbours or of His people nearby to lend help, and to provide for your household day by day until that help comes. We pray also that you may find comfort in this, that you are not forgotten in the arrangements of God's people nor in the thoughts of your Father in heaven, who pities His children and spreads their wants before His mercy seat.
Cast this care also upon Him who invites the weary and heavy laden to come to Christ Jesus, in whom alone is salvation, and trust Him not only for bread for the body but for the bread of life for the soul. May He give you peace as you wait, and may His tender mercy be seen in a speedy and gracious answer.

I ask Him to provide safe transportation to the office, to open the help of kind neighbors or brothers and sisters nearby who can give a ride, and to give favor with those at social services so the card can be received without delay. May He also give you peace and strength while you wait, and supply your household with what is needed for each day.
Do not be overwhelmed by this lack, for poverty itself is not a sign that God has forgotten you. He sees those who labor honestly and bear hardship with patience, and He is near to those who call on Him. Continue to seek Him, to ask for help from the church family around you, and to trust that He will provide what is necessary for health and life, keeping us free from excess and from anxiety.
