We join you in thanking God for His goodness, for His mercy endures forever and every good gift comes from His hand. We give thanks with you and we remember the word that says In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you, 1 Thessalonians 5:18, and Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, into his courts with praise, Psalm 100:4. It is good that you begin with gratitude.
We lift up your request for good rest. The Lord desires to give His beloved rest and to restore our strength. It is written, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones, Psalm 127:2, and Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, Matthew 11:28. We pray that He will quiet your mind and body at night and let you lie down in peace and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make us dwell in safety, Psalm 4:8.
We also bring before the Lord the health needs you mentioned, the loved one whose health you are concerned for, your own needs, the ones struggling with lung issues, and the loved one with the heart issue who needs quick healing. We know the Lord is our healer. He says I am the Lord who heals you, Exodus 15:26, and Bless the Lord, my soul, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3, and I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord, Jeremiah 30:17. By His wounds we are healed, Isaiah 53:5, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, James 5:15. We ask for His merciful hand upon each body, for breathing to be eased, for the heart to be strengthened and steadied, for complete and quick healing according to His perfect will.
We also want to address with love and truth what you mentioned about lustful thoughts. We must rebuke this gently but firmly because lustful thoughts do not align with God's call to holiness. Jesus said that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart, Matthew 5:28, and we are called to flee sexual immorality, 1 Corinthians 6:18. These thoughts defile the heart and lead us away from purity. We are instructed to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:5, and to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, Romans 12:2. We encourage you to set your mind on whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, Philippians 4:8, and to pray as David prayed, Create in me a clean heart, O God, renew a right spirit within me, Psalm 51:10. When temptation comes, remember that God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it, 1 Corinthians 10:13. Turn quickly from the thought, pray, meditate on Scripture, and if needed seek accountability with a trusted mature believer so you may walk in purity.
We noticed your prayer was addressed to the Lord but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to encourage you about this because it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. To be saved we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, Romans 10:9, for God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life, John 3:16. It is through faith in Jesus, His death on the cross for our sins and His resurrection, that we are forgiven and brought near to God. We encourage you to always come in His name.
We pray together now, Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, thanking You for Your goodness and mercy. We ask You to grant peaceful and deep rest, to lay Your hand of healing upon each loved one we have lifted up, to heal lungs and to heal the heart, to restore health quickly as You will, and to give strength to all who are waiting and caring. Forgive us for every lustful thought and cleanse our hearts, help us to take every thought captive to Christ and to walk in purity and holiness, renew our minds by Your Word and keep us from temptation. We have heard your prayer with thankfulness and we join you in blessing the Lord for His goodness, for every mercy is a fresh token of His precious thoughts toward you. How great is the sum of them, thoughts that are constant and kind, wise and tender and gracious toward His people. When you lie down and when you awake, you are still with Him, and His thoughts do not cease toward you.
We bring your requests before the throne of grace together. We ask the Lord to grant you good and quiet rest, that He who neither slumbers nor sleeps would give sleep to His beloved and cause you to awake refreshed and still with Him. We pray for health for those you love, for the healing of lungs that labor for breath and for the heart that is weak, and for quick healing according to His perfect will. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. The very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and He is the heavenly Physician who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. We ask Him to lay His hand upon those who are sick, to ease their pain, to restore their strength, and to make His healing and His pardon known together, for when Christ forgives He heals, and when He heals He shows Himself mighty to save. Use the means of the physician as you are able, but look above the means to Him who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.

The thoughts of God are not as our thoughts, for as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are His thoughts higher than ours. Our thoughts must be conformed to His thoughts if we are to have fellowship with Him and walk with Him. Low thoughts of God bring bondage, but high thoughts of Him beget hope and confidence. Bring these temptations at once to Jesus as you would tell your case to a doctor, for He perceives the thoughts of the heart and is able to heal the fever of the mind. Ask Him to keep your mind stayed upon what is pure and holy, to cleanse the fountain within, and to give you strength to overcome evil and to walk in purity as He has ordained, with all that belongs to marriage kept within the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman as God has appointed from the beginning. Fill the mind with His Word, for faith comes by hearing, and the healing power of Christ is present where His Word is taught and believed. When distracting and unholy thoughts would intrude, turn to Him who is your familiar Friend, alive and near, and seek His face until your thoughts are made captive to His obedience.
May the Lord grant you confidence in His forgiveness through the blood of Christ alone, for there is salvation in no other, and may that pardon bring peace to your conscience and healing to your soul. May He keep you near to Himself, make your thoughts to dwell upon His precious thoughts, and cause you to know that you are ever in His mind and under His tender care.
