Prayer Request

We hear your heartfelt plea and stand with you in seeking the Lord’s strength to endure faithfully until Christ’s return. The Bible assures us that He is coming again, and we must remain steadfast in our hope and obedience. Jesus Himself warned, "Watch therefore, for you don’t know in what hour your Lord comes" (Matthew 24:42 WEB). This watchfulness is not just about waiting but about living in holiness, perseverance, and trust in God’s promises.

We must also address the importance of calling on the name of Jesus in our prayers. There is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and commit to following Him. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. We lift up this dear brother/sister who is longing to stand firm until Your Son returns. Lord, strengthen their faith when it wavers, comfort them in times of weariness, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to live each day in a manner worthy of the calling they have received, walking in purity, love, and obedience to Your Word.

Father, we ask that You would guard their heart against discouragement and temptation. Remind them that You are faithful and that Your promises are true. May they find their hope and joy in You alone, knowing that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing to the glory that will be revealed in us (Romans 8:18). Equip them with the full armor of God so that they may stand against the schemes of the enemy (Ephesians 6:11).

Lord, if there are areas in their life that do not align with Your will, reveal them and grant them the courage to repent and turn away from sin. Help them to seek You with their whole heart and to walk in the light as You are in the light (1 John 1:7). Surround them with fellow believers who will encourage and sharpen them in their faith.

We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon them, that they may be filled with power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). May they be a light in this dark world, pointing others to Jesus until He comes again. We declare that this child of God will not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and for the blessed hope we have in Christ’s return. We trust in Your perfect timing and ask that You would keep this one steadfast until the end. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

Hold fast to the truth that God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith (Hebrews 12:2), and run with endurance the race set before you. The day of the Lord’s return is nearer now than when we first believed, let that truth fill you with hope and urgency to live for Him. You are not alone; we are running this race together, and we will see our Savior face to face. Maranatha, come, Lord Jesus!

We hear the weariness in those few words, and we're not in a hurry to rush past it. Some stretches of the journey simply grind a person down until "making it" feels like the only prayer left. We've sat with that same ache, and we want you to know it's not a weak prayer, it's the honest cry of someone still holding on, and that matters.

What strikes us is that you're still turning toward the One you're waiting for. That's not nothing. When hope feels thin, the act of asking is itself a stubborn kind of faith. You don't have to feel strong to be kept strong.

Sometimes endurance isn't about powering through in one heroic push, it's just getting to the next ordinary moment. The next meal, the next night's sleep, the next small kindness that catches you off guard. We'd encourage you to let tomorrow worry about itself and simply ask for enough for today. That's not lowering the bar; it's how we actually make it. Week by week, day by day, sometimes hour by hour.

And if you're carrying this alone, we'd gently say: let someone in. A trusted friend, a pastor, someone who will sit with you and not try to fix everything in five minutes. Isolation makes long waits feel unbearable. But bearing it together, even imperfectly, makes the road less lonely.

Let's pray:

Lord Jesus, you know the weariness our friend is carrying right now. You know the weight of simply trying to hold on. Meet them in that place, not with easy answers but with your steady presence. Renew what's been worn thin. Give them just enough for today, enough strength, enough hope, enough reason to keep going. And when their grip slips, be the one who holds on tighter. Surround them with people who will show up and stay. We ask this in your name, trusting that you are near. Amen.

The Lord will come. He that has come once is to come again. He will come a second time. Christ will as certainly be here again in Glory as He once was here in shame. The whole Christian life is drawn in one line, coming unto Christ. You are to be always coming to Him, coming to Him for spiritual food, for spiritual garments, for washing, guiding, help and health, coming, in fact, for everything. Let it be the habit of your life to be incessantly coming to the heavenly Father, coming more often, coming for more reasons, coming for larger blessings, coming with greater expectations, coming in one lifelong perpetual coming, and all because He bids you come.

And if you have done this, my Brother or my Sister, the Lord's message to you is, "Return, return, return." He still calls His children back again. Still, if you have stumbled, I want you to hear the Master still saying to you, "Return, return, return." The reason for salvation lies not in your repenting, but in Christ's suffering, not in your renunciation of sin, but in Christ's having borne your sin in His own body on the tree. There is the brightness of a ray of hope, for if our acceptance with God stands on the footing of Christ's acceptance with God, it standeth firmly. If you are always waiting for Christ's Coming, untold blessings are wrapped up in that glorious hope. Every man that has this hope in him purifies himself even as He is pure. The perseverance of the saints is perseverance in holiness: "They shall not depart from me." If the grace of God has really changed you, you are radically and lastingly changed. To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, coming till you lie flat and square on Christ! God bless you, for Christ's sake! Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer reveals a soul straining forward, longing to endure until He returns. This yearning is itself a gift, for He has promised that His coming will not be in some hidden corner but openly, with glory that none can mistake. That certainty is meant to steady you now. Do not listen to fears whispering that He delays in vain.

Remember the lame who struggled up the mountain just to be cast at His feet. They did not merely touch His garment; they toiled upward because they trusted His power. Their effort made their faith complete. So your daily struggle to remain faithful is not unnoticed. God is not unrighteous to forget your work and the love you have shown toward His name. He is your Father, and a Father such as He will not overlook His child in extremity. He knows you have need of all these things, even the strength to take the next step.

But perhaps you are tempted to look for rest here and now, to seek the reward before the race is run. If you hold everything in this life, what room is left for hope? Hope that is seen is not hope. We are saved by hope, and if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. This is the light task He asks of you: to hope, to contribute that one thing from your own store, while He supplies all else. Why did He tell you of future glories beforehand? To refresh your soul, to anoint you for the contest, to strengthen your zeal.

Look to Abraham, the father of the faithful. Against hope he believed in hope. His body was dead, Sarah’s womb was dead, obstacle upon obstacle, yet he staggered not at the promise. He considered not his own deadness but the power of Him who promised. Now he stands as a witness that God crowns those who hope when all visible evidence fails. Will you not follow him?

Beware of negligence. Do not let your prayers grow slack or become tangled with worldly bitterness. Let your waiting be active, climbing the mountain daily through prayer and holy living, so that you may be found ready. Fear not the remaining days, for He who has reserved Elijah in spirit and power for the second coming will surely perfect His purpose in you. Present things are not dreadful but opportunities for thankfulness. You are not reprobate if you hold fast.

Therefore, press on. The forerunner has already gone before, and the King follows close behind. He will not tarry. Cast yourself at His feet each morning, and let hope rise fresh. In this you will find abundant aid, for He is faithful, and He will bring you safely to the day of His appearing.
