Thank you for bringing these requests before the Lord. Gratitude is a beautiful starting point, and it is good to acknowledge His goodness even as you ask for help.
When you pray for rest, remember that God offers something deeper than a good night’s sleep. There is a rest for your soul that comes from trusting completely in what Jesus has already finished on the cross. You stop striving to hold everything together, and you simply hand your concerns over to Him. That kind of rest does not depend on your circumstances being perfect; it depends on the One who holds you. As you keep your mind fixed on Him, He promises to keep you in perfect peace.
That same peace is what you are asking for your family. A household can only know genuine peace when each heart has first made peace with God through Christ. When the members of a family fear the Lord and walk in His ways, blessings flow into their relationships. Children are a heritage from Him, and the fruit of the womb is His reward. The ultimate joy is watching those little shoots grow around your table and, one day, seeing the next generation flourish. That is a heritage worth more than any material gain.
As for the tree situation, bring it before the Lord without anxiety. His favor can open a way where you see no path. A tree might seem like a small detail, but nothing is too trivial for the God who clothes the lilies and numbers the hairs on your head. He delights to show Himself strong on your behalf, and He often uses these practical needs to teach us to rely on Him instead of our own schemes. Trust that He can work it out, and then rest in that confidence.
Financial blessing also flows from His hand. He is not reluctant to provide. Those who fear Him and walk uprightly eat of the labor of their hands; the Lord blesses them out of Zion. Yet real treasure is not found in a swelling bank account. Prosperity without peace is a restless sea. The world chases security in money and pleasure, but those waves never settle. You have a better foundation. Seek first His kingdom, and all these things will be added to you. He knows your needs, and He is faithful.
So let your prayer rise from a heart that is already at rest in Him. He has ordained peace for you. Do not let the details steal that peace. Look away from the storm and look to Jesus. His keeping power is greater than any challenge you face. He is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before His presence with joy. May you experience the blessing of His grace and the calm assurance that comes from being hidden in Him.
