May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. You give thanks for safe arrival, and that is right and good, for the Apostle teaches that the one who acknowledges with gratitude the benefits received from God will not be ungrateful in other things, nor seek revenge, nor act wickedly. So let us join you in giving thanks: Glory to God who has brought you to your destination in safety.

But now you pray for rest and for peace. Consider what rest you seek. There is a rest that remains for the people of God, the true Sabbath rest, entered not by bodily ease but by faith and obedience, lest anyone fall through unbelief as the Israelites did in the wilderness. Labor therefore to enter that rest, for the sleep of the body is but a shadow; the soul’s repose in Christ is the substance.

And what is this peace for which you ask? Peace is indeed the mother of all good things, the foundation of joy, and the peacemakers are called sons of God. But not every concord is peace. There is an evil peace, such as robbers share when they agree in mischief, which must be broken by a good division so that true peace may come. True peace is always joined to holiness, for the Apostle says, “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.” It is the peace that comes when the diseased part is cut off, when the mutinous thought is removed from the mind, when the vessel is possessed in sanctification and not in the passion of lust. Then heaven and earth are united, and the angels, each believer has an angel beholding the Father’s face, rejoice over us.

So when you ask God to give you rest tonight, ask also for the peace that flows from a pure conscience. Pray that no root of bitterness, no old leaven of sin, be left within you to corrupt the whole lump, but that you be found in that day having the wedding garment unstained. Let your rest be not only that of the body lying down, but that of the soul resting from iniquity, being reconciled to God through the Blood of the Cross. Only then will your sleep be sweet, guarded by the Angel of Peace, and your waking a foretaste of the eternal rest.

May He who commanded us to say to every house, “Peace be unto you,” grant you that peace which the world cannot give, not the false calm of unrepented sin, but the true serenity of hearts made obedient to His commandments. This we pray for you and with you, as His ministers and your servants for Jesus’ sake.

Thank you for acknowledging God's goodness in bringing you safely to your destination. That spirit of gratitude is itself a first taste of the rest you're asking for, because it fixes your eyes on the One who holds every mile and every moment. Now as you settle in for the night, I join you in praying for deep rest and His peace to cover you.

You won't find that rest by simply quieting your body or emptying your mind. There's only one place where the soul truly relaxes, and that's in the finished work of Jesus Christ. When you entrusted your life to Him, the war with God ended; you were given peace with Him through His blood. But tonight you're asking for something more: the peace of God that keeps your heart and mind when every circumstance would steal your calm. That peace comes when you hand every concern over to Him and then stop trying to carry it yourself. It's a deliberate ceasing from your own anxious labor, the way God Himself rested after creation, not because He was tired, but because the work was complete. In Christ, the work that saves you and sustains you is also complete. You don't have to strive to be safe or to be loved. You can rest on Him.

Perfect peace, the kind that stands guard over your thoughts, belongs to those whose minds are stayed on Him. As you lie down, let your inner gaze linger there, on His faithfulness that got you here, on His promise never to leave you. Refuse to let your thoughts drift into the turmoil of what-ifs or the mire of self-reliance. Instead, hear Jesus say again, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. Not as the world gives.” The world offers a shallow truce that can shatter overnight, but His peace sinks down deep. You can sleep because He neither slumbers nor sleeps Himself.

So rest well tonight, not just in your bed, but in the strong arms of the Good Shepherd. Tell Him quietly, “Lord, it’s all in Your hands,” and then leave it there. He ordains peace for you. May that peace settle over you now, and may you wake refreshed in the same grace that carried you today.
