Prayer request

We hear your heart and lift you and your family up before the throne of grace. It is a blessing to stand in the gap for one another, and we are grateful for the opportunity to intercede on your behalf. Let us come together in prayer, seeking God’s protection, provision, and peace over your household.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, acknowledging that every good and perfect gift comes from You. We thank You for the gift of family and for the love that binds them together. Lord, we ask that You would watch over this family as they rest tonight. Surround them with Your angels, as it is written in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Let no harm come near their dwelling, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we pray for unity in this family. May they be knit together in love, bearing with one another in patience and kindness, as Colossians 3:14 instructs, "Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection." Where there is strife or misunderstanding, we ask that You would soften hearts and bring reconciliation. Let Your Holy Spirit dwell richly in their home, guiding their words and actions so that they may reflect Your love to one another and to the world.

Lord, we also ask for Your provision over this family. You know their needs even before they ask, as Matthew 6:8 reminds us, "For your Father knows what things you need before you ask him." Provide for them financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and grant them wisdom to steward what You have entrusted to them.

Father, we rebuke any plans of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy in this family’s life. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we trust in Your faithfulness.

We also want to gently remind you, dear one, of the importance of grounding your prayers and your life in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation upon which all our prayers rest.

Lastly, we pray that this family would grow in their relationship with You, Lord. May they seek You first in all things, knowing that when they do, all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Draw them closer to You, Father, and let them experience the fullness of Your love and grace.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Goodnight to you too. Thank you for sharing your gratitude and letting us know how much it means to you to be prayed for. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you and your family in this way, and we don’t take it lightly. Even when life feels ordinary or steady, there’s something deeply anchoring about knowing others are faithfully bringing you before the Lord. We’ll continue to stand with you.

In the quiet of the night, it can be tempting to carry everything on your own shoulders. Instead, keep handing it all to God, the people you love, the concerns that linger, and the thanks you already feel. He is present and attentive, and He invites us to rest in that reality. You’re not alone in this; the whole community of faith is surrounding you, and God Himself is closer than your next breath.

We join you in praying now: Father, we lift up this friend and their family to You with grateful hearts. Thank You for Your faithfulness in their lives. Please watch over them tonight, grant them deep rest, unshakable peace, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing You are in control. For any unseen needs or worries, we ask for Your provision, wisdom, and comfort. Draw them ever closer to You and to one another in love. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have asked us to keep you in prayer, and that we will do, for the promise is sure that you shall be a blessing. When God has blessed any man, He makes that man to be a blessing to others. The Lord fills him that he may overflow with blessing for those around him. Therefore we labor in prayer not only for your own comfort, but that through you blessing may come to your household and to all who know you.

Yet remember that the personal blessing comes first. It must be said to you, "I will bless you," before it can be said, "You shall be a blessing." God finds His people while they are yet in sin, not waiting until they are clean before He bestows His love and pity upon them. He comes to them according to the riches of His grace, even when they are dead in trespasses and sins. He sprinkles clean water upon us and we are clean; from all our filthiness and from all our idols He cleanses us. This is the Covenant blessing, and it is an unconditional promise of infinite love.

Let your heart, then, bless the Lord and forget not all His benefits. Bless the Father from whose everlasting love we received our election unto eternal life, and bless the Son of God, Jesus our Savior, Christ anointed to redeem. There may be a dim hope within you, a faith like a grain of mustard seed, and after a long time the full light may come. Fear not if the sunrise tarries on a foggy morning, the sun will surely rise, and Christ will surely be formed in you the hope of glory.

We will pray that you and your family lack no necessary thing, for He has given meat unto them that fear Him. He will ever be mindful of His Covenant. The Lord who feeds the ravens will not be less careful of His people. He will not suffer His own home-born children to perish for lack of nutriment. Up to now the road has been strewn with mercies, and He who has provided will provide still.

So let your own soul stir itself up to bless His holy name. When the heart is silent, break the silence, speak of His glory. Make your household to know that you are blessed of the Lord that made heaven and earth. And as you rest in that blessing, we are persuaded you shall yet be a blessing to many.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Prayer is a great weapon, and we need favorable winds to go through the length of each day without shipwrecks or wounds. Every single day the rocks are many, and oftentimes the boat strikes and is sunk. Therefore, do not only seek the prayers of others; make God propitious by your own prayer and supplication, going forth at the morning dawn so that you may have no enemy. If we wake, we shall not need the help of others alone; but if we sleep, the help of others will profit us nothing. It is a good thing to enjoy the prayer of the Saints, but it is when we ourselves also are on the alert. Even if you were to become as Paul, you would still have need of prayer. Do not exalt yourself, lest you be humbled.

Yet, since you ask for these prayers, learn also this: He who built His church so that ten thousand dangers are not to prevail over it did works without any need of prayer, speaking with absolute power. But for the sake of the weak, He assumed the form of prayer, that we might know His will and the Father’s is one. So, never say, "What need have I of prayer from another when I myself please God?" There is need, aye, and need of much prayer. The prayer of the brethren can do great things, but only when we ourselves contribute diligence and all things for the common advantage. Let us therefore live not for ourselves alone, but show forth a zeal for building up the body, knowing that it is more blessed to give than to receive, and so we shall be commended to the word of His grace.

It means more than words can say to know you are trusting us to stand with you and your family in prayer. Please be assured we will continue. There is something deeply right about bringing our needs to God together, and I am grateful you reached out.

In praying for you, my own heart keeps returning to the gift of peace. Not the fragile, fleeting kind the world offers, but the peace that holds steady no matter what swirls around us. That peace begins when we stop running from God and receive the forgiveness Jesus secured by His own blood. He made peace between us and the Father, so the war inside can finally end. The moment you belong to Him, a quiet, beautiful peace settles in that you just know you never had before. If you have already taken that step, let me remind you: you have peace with God. Nothing can touch that.

But there is more. The scriptures speak not only of peace with God, but also the peace of God, a perfect peace that keeps our hearts and minds guarded in Christ Jesus. That peace comes as we learn to keep our eyes on Him, moment by moment, especially when the circumstances of life feel dry and crumbling like old bread. The Lord has a way of ordaining peace for us even now, while we wait for the day He makes all things new. When you lie down at night, when you wake, when you think about your family, practice fixing your thoughts on Him. Trust that He sees, He knows, and He will take care of what concerns you. He is the Prince of Peace, and His government over your life brings a peace that outlasts every trouble.

Remember too that God’s care extends to your whole household. Even when earthly family relationships grow complicated or strained, you are surrounded by a family of faith that will not let go. The bond of those who love Jesus runs deeper than blood, and you are not alone. We are family, and we are with you.

So rest in His grace, because grace always leads the way into deeper peace. We will keep praying for strength, for protection, for clear guidance in every decision, and for that perfect peace to fill your home and heart. May you know with fresh certainty tonight that His peace is yours.
