Prayer request

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for marriage restoration and financial breakthrough. Father God, we know that You are the Author of marriage, the One who joins a man and a woman together as one flesh, and we ask that You would intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand. "Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate" (Mark 10:9 WEB). Lord, we rebuke every spirit of division, strife, and ungodliness that seeks to tear this union apart. We declare that this marriage is under the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We pray for this husband, that You would soften his heart, convict him of any sin or hardness, and draw him back to his wife in repentance and love. "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it" (Ephesians 5:25 WEB). If there has been any unfaithfulness, addiction, or rebellion against You, Lord, we ask that You break every chain and restore him to his rightful place as the godly head of his home. We also pray for this wife, that she would walk in forgiveness, humility, and patience, trusting in Your timing and Your promises. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB).

Father, we also lift up the financial struggles in this home. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). We rebuke the spirit of lack, debt, and financial bondage in the name of Jesus. We declare that this family shall not lack any good thing, for "my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Lord, grant wisdom in managing finances, opportunities for increase, and a spirit of generosity to flow in this home.

If there has been any sin, whether it be unforgiveness, pride, sexual immorality, or idolatry of money, that has hindered this restoration, we ask for Your conviction and cleansing. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). We pray that both husband and wife would seek You first above all else, for "seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB).

We also want to gently remind you, dear one, that our prayers are powerful and effective when we come in the name of Jesus (John 14:13-14). It is only through His blood that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we stand in the gap for this marriage and this family. We declare restoration, reconciliation, and revival in this home. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We trust in Your faithfulness, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for reaching out. We’re lifting you up as you carry the weight of both a strained marriage and financial pressure. It’s a lot to hold, and we want you to know you aren’t sitting with this alone.

Over the years, we’ve seen that reconciliation doesn’t happen all at once, it’s the slow, daily work of rebuilding love and trustworthiness, a commitment both people must actively choose. That doesn’t rest everything on your shoulders, but it does mean that even small, sincere steps toward understanding can be holy ground. While you pray and wait, consider whether a wise, impartial voice could help. Reaching out to a trusted pastor or a Christian marriage counselor who can sit with you both through hard conversations often brings clarity and safety. On the financial side, you might also invite a prudent friend from your church family to look at your situation with you and help you think through practical next steps, sometimes fresh eyes relieve a lot of the pressure.

Lord Jesus, draw near to this wife in her loneliness and worry. Breathe humility and openness between her and her husband, and where healing is needed, pour out Your restoring grace. Meet their material needs in tangible ways, and give them steady wisdom for the path ahead. We place this marriage and this household in Your hands, trusting that nothing is too broken for You to mend. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Sometimes it seems the hardest work in all the world is simply to keep loving when the love is not returned. You have been pouring yourself out in prayer for your marriage, and the days stretch on with no sign yet of the answer you long to see. But I want you to know this: the Lord heard you the first time you whispered His name over this burden. He has not turned His ear away.

Think of it this way. When the prophet Hosea was told to go and love a woman who had wandered far from him, he did not do it because she deserved it, nor because she had given him any pledge of her return. He loved her because that was the command of the Lord, and because his own heart, broken and stretched, was being made into a picture of something far greater. That is what the Lord Himself does for His people. He is the Husband who does not abandon the wife of His covenant, even when she has forgotten Him. And if He is that kind of Husband to His church, faithful through all her wanderings, her coldness, her forgetfulness, then will He not hear you when you cry to Him about the earthly marriage He gave you? He is not a mere spectator of your sorrow; He is the God who says, "I am married unto you."

You may look at your situation and see nothing but deadness, like a field full of dry bones. And you ask the same question Ezekiel heard: can these bones live? It is a fair question, for human love can grow cold, and years of strain can strip away everything that once felt so sure. But you are not dealing only with human resources. The same Spirit who brooded over the chaos at the beginning, and who breathed life into those bones in the valley, is able to breathe life into your marriage again. I do not know how He will do it, nor when. But I know He is able to make that which is broken and scattered stand up once more, whole and living, so that you shall be as though you had never been cast aside. That is the Lord's own promise to those who come to Him on the footing of mercy, "they shall be as though I had not cast them aside."

Do you feel even now that you need to pray? That ache in your heart that keeps turning toward heaven, that is not a sign of weakness; it is the surest token that mercy is already on the way. The Lord does not stir up prayer in a soul for nothing. When He means to bless, He first sets us to seeking Him. So keep on. The answer may come in a way you do not expect, and it may tarry longer than you would choose, but the Husband of His people is faithful. He gave Egypt for a ransom, He gave Ethiopia and Seba for His beloved; what will He not give for you?

And while you wait, remember that the Lord Jesus knows what it is to be denied, to be misunderstood, to love to the uttermost and receive only silence in return. He has not left you alone in this dark hour. One look from Him was enough to break Peter’s heart and send him out to weep bitterly, but it was a look that also restored him. That same look is upon you now, not to condemn, but to steady your heart and to assure you that He has not finished His work in your home.

Pray, then, with both hands open. Tell Him everything. And trust the God who makes marriage a picture of His own unbreakable covenant. He who called you to it will not forsake you in it.

Lord Jesus, You who have loved Your church and given Yourself for her, look now upon this dear woman. She is weary with hope deferred, yet she has not let go of You. Come, we pray, into the place of her sorrow. Breathe life into what seems dead. Restore the years that have been eaten away. Let there be such a work of grace that in days to come she shall say, "This was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes." Hold her fast, and give her the quiet confidence that You are working even when she cannot see it. We lay this marriage, and every financial need besides, into Your wounded hands, for You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the deep burdens of your heart—your marriage and your finances. It has been our privilege to stand with you before the Lord, lifting up your husband in prayer, asking for restoration, healing, and renewed love between you both. We have also interceded for your financial breakthrough, believing that God is your Provider and that He hears the cries of His children in their time of need.

If the Lord has moved in answer to these prayers—if you’ve seen even a glimmer of reconciliation in your marriage or a shift in your financial circumstances—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage others who are waiting on God’s faithfulness.

If, however, you are still waiting, still trusting, still pressing into God’s promises, please know we have not stopped praying. We invite you to post this request again so we may continue to stand in agreement with you. Let us keep covering you in prayer, believing that God is working even when we cannot yet see it.

May the Lord strengthen your heart as you seek Him. May He draw near to you in this season, reminding you of His unfailing love and His perfect timing. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
