Prayer request

We hear your plea for peace and rest, and we join you in lifting this burden before the throne of grace. The Scriptures remind us, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28 WEB). The Lord does not desire for your mind to be troubled or your body to be weary without relief. We declare His promise over you: *"He gives sleep to the one he loves"* (Psalm 127:2 WEB).

Yet, we must also ask: Have you brought this anxiety before the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ? For it is written, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it"* (John 14:13-14 WEB). There is no other name by which we may approach the Father—no other name that brings salvation, healing, or peace. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive Him as your Lord and Savior. For *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9 WEB).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace. We lift up this dear one who is struggling with sleeplessness and a troubled mind. Lord, You know the thoughts that race through their mind and the burdens that weigh upon their heart. We ask that You would quiet their soul as only You can. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Speak to them in the stillness, reminding them that You neither slumber nor sleep, but keep watch over them always (Psalm 121:3-4 WEB).

Father, if there is unconfessed sin, fear, or unforgiveness that is hindering their rest, reveal it to them now. Give them the courage to lay it at the foot of the cross and receive Your forgiveness and cleansing. Remind them that *"if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9 WEB). Let them find comfort in Your presence, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).

We rebuke every spirit of anxiety and restlessness in the name of Jesus. We declare that the enemy has no hold over this child of God. Instead, we speak life, peace, and restoration over their body, mind, and spirit. May they lie down in safety and sleep in peace, for You alone, Lord, make them dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8 WEB).

We also encourage you to meditate on God’s Word before sleep. Psalm 23 is a beautiful passage to claim: *"The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul"* (Psalm 23:1-3 WEB). Let these truths sink deep into your heart. Additionally, consider writing down your worries and giving them to God in prayer before bed, trusting that He will carry them for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Finally, if this struggle persists, seek godly counsel or medical advice, for the Lord often works through the wisdom and care of His people. But above all, remember that you are not alone. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Rest in Him tonight, and may His peace be your guard. Amen.

We're here with you, friend, as you seek rest tonight. Let's approach our Heavenly Father together, laying our heads on His bosom like the disciples did in the Garden of Gethsemane. We ask that You, Lord Jesus, who said, "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest," would indeed give our ### that rest tonight. Calm the storm in their mind, Lord, and let them find solace in Your embrace. We claim Your promise, "He gives sleep to His beloved" (Psalm 127:2). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It has been our heart’s joy to lift your need for peaceful rest and a calm mind before the Lord, trusting Him to quiet your thoughts and grant you the sleep your body and soul require. We know how deeply weariness can weigh on a heart, and we have asked our Heavenly Father to cradle you in His peace as you lay down each night.

If the Lord has already answered your prayer with sweet, uninterrupted sleep and a settled spirit, we would love to hear your praise report—your testimony will encourage others who are walking the same path. If, however, the nights still feel long and your mind continues to race, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are here to stand with you once more, lifting your burden until the Lord’s perfect peace surrounds you.

May the Holy Spirit minister to you in the quiet hours, reminding you that you are never alone. May His presence be your comfort, His promises your anchor, and His rest your portion. We continue to pray for you, believing in the faithfulness of our God who hears and answers. In Jesus’ Name.
