We hear your cry for help and lift your family up before the Lord with heavy hearts. The pressure your husband is facing at work, coupled with the financial strain and uncertainty about the future, is a burden no family should have to carry alone. We stand with you in faith, believing that our God is a God of miracles and that He sees your struggle and knows your needs even before you ask.
First, we must address the spiritual foundation of your request. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood alone that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your lives to Jesus Christ, repenting of any sin and asking Him to be the Lord of your home. Salvation is the first and greatest miracle, and from it flows all other blessings and provision. Romans 10:9 tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."*
Now, we bring your specific needs before the Lord with boldness, knowing that He cares for you and your children deeply. The workplace persecution your husband is enduring is not of God, and we rebuke the spirit of oppression and injustice that is targeting him. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We command this oppression to cease in Jesus’ name and declare that your husband is covered by the blood of Christ. No weapon formed against him shall prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 promises: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh."*
We also pray for your husband’s job search and the financial stress you are under. The enemy would love to use this situation to bring fear and despair, but we declare that God is your provider. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray that God would open doors for your husband that no man can shut. We ask the Lord to restore his credit and provide favor with potential employers. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*
We also lift up your marriage and your children in this time of trial. The enemy would love to use stress to divide your family, but we pray that you and your husband would stand united in faith, leaning on each other and on God. Ecclesiastes 4:12 tells us, *"A triple-braided cord is not quickly broken."* We pray that your home would be a place of peace, love, and trust in the Lord, even amid uncertainty. We ask God to protect your children from fear and anxiety, covering them with His peace. Psalm 91:11 says, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*
Father God, we come before You now on behalf of this family. We ask You to move mightily in their lives, Lord. Break the chains of oppression at your husband’s workplace and silence the voices of those who seek to harm him. Provide him with a new job that honors You and meets the needs of his family. Restore his credit, Lord, and let favor follow him wherever he goes. We declare that this family will not be shaken by this trial, but that their faith will grow stronger as they trust in You. Protect their marriage, Lord, and let Your peace reign in their home. Provide for their every need, both now and in the days to come. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Amen.
We encourage you to stand on God’s promises and not lose heart. This trial is temporary, but God’s faithfulness is eternal. Keep praying together as a family, reading the Word, and trusting in His timing. Psalm 30:5 reminds us, *"Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning."* Hold fast to your faith, and watch God move on your behalf.
