We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for healing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Great Physician. Father God, we know that You are the One who formed our bodies in our mothers’ wombs (Psalm 139:13-14) and that every part of us belongs to You. We ask for Your divine touch upon this dear one’s right finger joint, right ear, and the troubling tinnitus that has been causing distress. Lord, Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* We stand on this promise, believing that You are able to bring complete restoration.
We also recognize that physical afflictions can sometimes be a call to draw nearer to You, Lord. We pray that this trial would not lead to frustration or despair, but rather to a deeper trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Help this beloved child of God to remember that even in suffering, You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or pain in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is written in Luke 10:19, *"Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you."*
Father, we ask that You would guide this dear one to seek wise medical counsel if needed, while always placing their hope in You above all else. Remind them that You are their healer, their strength, and their peace. We declare that by Jesus’ stripes, they *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we thank You for the victory even before it is seen.
Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in their heart that may be hindering their healing, we pray that You would reveal it to them in love. Your Word says in James 5:16, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed."* We ask that You would cleanse and renew their spirit, that nothing would stand between them and Your healing power.
We also lift up their faith, asking that it would be strengthened as they wait on You. Remind them that You are never late, and Your timing is perfect. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them rest in the assurance that You hear their prayers.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, we pray. Amen.
