We come before the throne of grace with this heartfelt request, lifting up this family to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, for He Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and so we approach God with confidence, knowing that Jesus intercedes for us.
Father God, we thank You for Your constant presence and protection. We ask that You indeed stay with this family always, surrounding them with Your angels and shielding them from all harm. Keep them safe in body, mind, and spirit, and grant them good health according to Your will. We pray for their physical well-being, that any sickness or affliction would be removed, and that they would experience Your healing touch. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2).
Lord, we lift up this precious daughter to You. Bless her studies, Father, and grant her wisdom, understanding, and discipline. May she excel in her academic pursuits, not for her own glory, but to honor You with the gifts and talents You have given her. We also ask for Your blessing upon her dance, that it would be a form of worship and joy before You. May she use her abilities to glorify You in all she does. *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3).
Heavenly Father, we pray for this parent seeking employment. Provide a good job, Lord, one that allows them to provide for their family and live together in peace and stability. Open doors that no one can shut, and grant favor in the eyes of potential employers. May this family be united under Your care, and may their home be a place of love, faith, and refuge. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33).
We also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be lingering in this situation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand firm in faith, trusting that God’s plans for them are for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and faith. We thank You for Your love, Your mercy, and Your faithfulness. Lord, we ask that You pour out Your blessings upon this family. Keep them safe and healthy, and let Your healing power flow through their bodies, minds, and spirits. Bless this daughter in her studies and her dance, that she may grow in wisdom and use her talents to honor You. Father, provide a good job for this parent, one that allows them to care for their family and live together in the place You have prepared for them.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that seeks to hinder their faith. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37), and that no challenge is too great for You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You with all their hearts, leaning not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and may their lives be a testimony to Your goodness and grace.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage this family to continue seeking God’s face in all things. Remember that *"the prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective"* (James 5:16). Keep your hearts and minds fixed on Jesus, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Walk in faith, knowing that God is faithful to fulfill His promises.
