We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion for your situation, lifting you and your family up in prayer. First, we want to acknowledge your recognition of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior—this is the foundation of our faith and the only way to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We are grateful that you have placed your trust in Him, and we pray that this trust grows even deeper in the midst of this trial.
Father God, we lift up this family who has been affected by fraud. We rebuke the schemes of the enemy in Jesus' name, for we know that he comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But You, Lord, have come that we may have life and have it abundantly. We pray that You would expose any deception and restore what has been taken unjustly. Your Word declares in Joel 2:25, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you." We claim this promise over this family, Lord. Restore what has been lost, and let this trial turn into a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We also pray for favor in this job and in the coming weeks. May doors that no man can shut be opened for you, and may your work be blessed beyond measure (Revelation 3:8). Father, provide financial favor and stability, for You know every need before we even ask (Matthew 6:8). We trust in Your provision, as Philippians 4:19 declares, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
For ###, we pray for peace and rest in You, Lord. May he find his strength in You, as Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." We also pray for his spiritual growth—that he would come to know You more deeply, surrendering his life fully to Christ. If he does not yet know You, Lord, we ask that You draw him to Yourself, for no one can come to You unless the Father draws him (John 6:44).
We encourage you to stand firm in faith, even when the circumstances seem overwhelming. Remember that God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
Heavenly Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Strengthen this family, guide them with Your wisdom, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with them in every step of this journey. We declare victory over this situation, for You have already overcome the world (John 16:33). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
