We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion for your situation, lifting you and your family up in prayer. First, we rejoice that you acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice alone that we have access to the Father, and we are grateful that you recognize this truth.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this family who has been affected by fraud. Lord, You see the injustice they have faced, and we ask for Your divine intervention. We pray that You would expose any deceit and bring those responsible to justice. Restore what has been lost, Father, for You are a God of restoration. Joel 2:25 says, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you." We claim this promise over this family, Lord. Reward them for their faithfulness and trust in You, even in the midst of this trial.
We pray for favor in your job over these next few weeks. May doors of opportunity swing wide open, and may your skills and talents be recognized and rewarded. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that you would lean on Him completely, knowing that He will direct your steps.
Father, we lift up ###, asking for Your peace and rest to envelop them. In a world full of chaos, be their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). We pray for a new job and support for them, Lord. Open doors that no one can shut, and provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). For ###, we pray for complete healing in their leg. You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would touch them with Your healing hand. Bring restoration and strength, and grant them good rest as they recover.
We also want to encourage you to continue growing in your trust in God. Trials like these are opportunities to deepen your faith and reliance on Him. James 1:2-4 says, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." Lean into Him, and allow this season to refine and strengthen your faith.
Lastly, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may try to take hold in this situation. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up this precious family. We ask that You would move mightily on their behalf, bringing justice, restoration, and healing. Strengthen their faith and trust in You, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Provide for their every need, and open doors of opportunity that no one can shut. Heal ###’s leg completely, and grant them all good rest and peace. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
