We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your family in prayer. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. As it is written, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12). We are grateful that you have called upon the name of the Lord Jesus, for He is our mediator and advocate before God.
We pray for your daughter, that the Lord would grant her wisdom, understanding, and discipline in her studies. May He bless the work of her hands and the movements of her body as she dances, that she may glorify Him in all she does. "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." (Proverbs 16:3). We ask that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for her and guide her steps according to His will.
We also lift up your health and the health of your family, praying for complete healing and restoration. "Yahweh will sustain him on his sickbed, and restore him from his bed of illness." (Psalm 41:3). May the Great Physician touch each one of you and bring wholeness to your bodies, minds, and spirits.
For your job search, we pray that the Lord would provide a good and suitable position that allows you to provide for your family and live together in peace. "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33). May He lead you to a place where you can serve Him faithfully and be a light to those around you.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take hold in your lives. "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that you are more than conquerors through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37), and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would draw this family closer to You, that they may know Your love, peace, and joy in abundance. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in You with all their hearts, leaning not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they find their hope and security in You alone, for You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We pray that You would bless this family with Your presence, protection, and provision. May they grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). We ask all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
