First, we affirm your recognition of Jesus Christ as the source of your access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can approach God, for Scripture declares, *"For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). It is through His sacrifice that we are forgiven, and it is by His power that we are sustained. Heavenly Father, we lift up this one’s desire for a godly spouse. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and we ask that You prepare them to be the husband or wife You have called them to be. Guard their heart from impatience and compromise, and let them trust in Your perfect timing. May their future marriage be a testimony to Your grace and a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church. We also want to gently address the importance of purity in your walk with the Lord. If you are currently in a courtship or relationship, we urge you to honor God with your body and your choices. The Bible warns us, *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18). If you have stumbled in this area, we encourage you to repent and seek God’s forgiveness, for He is faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Lord Jesus, we ask that You strengthen this one to walk in purity and holiness. Guard their heart and mind from temptation, and give them the courage to flee from sexual immorality. If there has been any compromise, we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. Renew their mind with Your Word, and let them walk in the freedom that comes from obedience to You. Finally, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God’s will above all else. The Bible tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). As you surrender your plans, desires, and struggles to the Lord, He will guide you into the abundant life He has prepared for you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
