If your trust has been placed in anything other than Him—whether in a job, a home, or even your own abilities—we encourage you to repent and surrender all to Jesus. He is the only sure foundation. *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also"* (Matthew 6:19-21, WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their needs. Lord, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We ask that You would surround them with Your protection, keeping them safe from all harm and sickness. Touch their bodies and restore them to full health, for You are the Great Physician.
We pray for their daughter, that You would grant her wisdom and skill in her studies and dance. May she excel not for her own glory, but to bring honor to Your name. Fill her with Your Spirit, that she may grow in faith and walk in Your ways all the days of her life.
Father, we ask that You would provide a job for this parent—one that meets their needs and allows them to care for their family.
