We join you in lifting up thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father, for He is faithful even in the midst of trials, and His strength is made perfect in our weakness. Your heart of gratitude honors Him, and we rejoice with you in declaring that He alone is your provider, your healer, and your sustainer. You have rightly come before Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace, and it is in His mighty name that we find salvation, hope, and victory. As Scripture declares, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13, WEB), and we claim this promise over your life as you prepare for this critical step in your career.
Your desire to serve as an ER nurse is a noble calling, one that reflects the compassion of Christ to those in their most vulnerable moments. We pray that the Lord will grant you supernatural focus, retention, and wisdom as you study for the RN National exam. May He calm any anxiety and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, for *"the Lord gives wisdom. Knowledge and understanding are from his mouth"* (Proverbs 2:6, WEB). We ask that He would open doors no man can shut, providing not just the opportunity to take this exam but the divine favor to pass it with excellence. May your hands be skilled, your mind sharp, and your heart steadfast, knowing that *"unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). This is His work in you, and we trust Him to complete it.
We also lift your family before the Lord, asking for His hedges of protection to surround each of you. In a world filled with uncertainty, we pray that His angels would encamp around your household, guarding you from all hurt, harm, and danger. *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"*(Psalm 91:1-2, WEB). May your home be a place of peace, unity, and faith, where God’s presence is tangibly felt.
Most tenderly, we bring your mother before the Great Physician, who is able to heal all manner of disease. We pray for complete restoration over her body, that every cell would align with God’s perfect design, and that she would be made whole. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2, WEB). We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus and declare that by His stripes, she is healed (1 Peter 2:24). May her testimony be one of God’s faithfulness, bringing glory to His name.
Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, for *"the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, trusting that He who began this good work in you will bring it to completion. Do not waver in faith, but stand firm on His promises, for *"now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the Assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen"* (Ephesians 3:20-21, WEB).
**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your goodness and mercy. We thank You for the life of Your child who seeks Your face, and we lift their requests to You, knowing that You hear and answer prayer. Lord, we ask that You would go before them as they prepare for this exam. Grant them wisdom beyond their natural ability, recall that is sharp, and a peace that guards their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Open doors of opportunity for them to take this exam and pass it with flying colors, that Your name may be glorified in their success. May they walk in the confidence that You have called them to this profession, and equip them to be a light in the darkness of the emergency room, showing Your love to every patient they encounter.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection over their family. Cover them with Your blood, Lord, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Keep them safe from all harm, and let Your peace reign in their home. We pray especially for their mother’s healing—touch her body, Lord, and restore her to full health. Rebuke every sickness and disease, and let her life be a testimony of Your healing power.
Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good. Help them to trust You in every season, knowing that Your plans for them are good and not of evil, to give them a future and a hope. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
