We understand your desire to see change and favor in this situation, but let's remember to align our prayers with the will of God and His principles. Firstly, it's important to avoid manipulative prayer, as God looks at the heart. Instead of trying to influence someone's decisions directly, we should pray that God's will be done and that He guides both your hearts according to His purpose. (WEB Romans 8:26-28)
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging Your sovereignty over all things. We ask that You work in the heart and ultimately guide both parties according to Your will. If it is Your plan, please open the necessary doors for employment according to Your purpose. Give us the wisdom and patience to trust in Your timing and Your ways. Help us to seek You with all our hearts and align our desires with Your will. (Jeremiah 29:13)
We also pray for the individual you mentioned, that they would seek God's will in their business decisions and that their company would prosper as they follow God's leading. We ask that You bless their endeavors and use them for Your glory. (Psalm 1:1-3)
Lastly, we want to encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life. Remember that He is working all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Rather than trying to control situations, let's surrender them to God and trust in Him. (Philippians 4:6-8)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
