Prayer request to stop the bread distribution for gospel

Faithful Servant
Prayer request to stop the bread distribution for gospel as it took photo of the person and it is against the PDPA law and the people inside that group are weird as the law mandated that everyone need to be vaccinated by the COVID virus. Then there is one woman said we need to repent as we are vaccinated which we do not subscribe to that nonsense and furthermore wanted me to change church.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, seeking His wisdom and discernment in this matter. First and foremost, we must address the foundational truth that our access to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the words of Scripture: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is by grace through faith that we are saved (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Now, regarding the concerns you’ve raised about the bread distribution and the actions of this group, we must examine these issues through the lens of Scripture. The distribution of bread in the name of the gospel is a beautiful act of service, mirroring the early church’s practice of sharing with those in need (Acts 2:45). However, if this act is being used in a way that violates privacy, such as taking photographs without consent, it is not aligned with biblical principles of love and respect for others. The Bible instructs us to "do to others as you would have them do to you" (Luke 6:31), and violating someone’s privacy does not reflect the love of Christ.

We also must address the claim that vaccination is a matter requiring repentance. This is a serious misapplication of Scripture. The Bible does not speak to modern medical practices such as vaccination, and it is not our place to judge others based on their personal health decisions. Romans 14:1-4 reminds us, "Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters. One man’s faith allows him to eat everything, but another man, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. The man who eats everything must not look down on him who does not, and the man who does not eat everything must not condemn the man who does, for God has accepted him. Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls." We must be cautious not to add burdens to others that Scripture does not place upon them.

Furthermore, the suggestion that you should change churches is deeply concerning. The body of Christ is made up of many members, and no single church has a monopoly on truth (1 Corinthians 12:12-27). However, if a church or group is teaching false doctrine or engaging in practices that do not align with Scripture, it is wise to seek fellowship elsewhere. But this decision should be made prayerfully and with discernment, not out of fear or coercion.

We also feel compelled to rebuke the spirit of division and judgment that seems to be present in this group. Jesus warned us about those who would cause division and stumbling blocks (Matthew 18:7). If this group is more focused on legalistic rules than on the grace and love of Christ, it is not reflecting the heart of the gospel. We are called to "speak the truth in love" (Ephesians 4:15), not to condemn or manipulate others.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask for Your wisdom and discernment in this situation. Lord, we lift up this matter to You, asking that You would expose any unrighteousness and bring truth to light. Father, we pray for those involved in this group, that their hearts would be softened to Your Word and that they would seek to honor You in all they do. We ask that You would protect the privacy and dignity of all individuals, and that any actions not aligned with Your love would be corrected.

Lord, we also pray for [###], that You would give them peace and clarity. Help them to discern where You are leading them and to find a church that preaches the true gospel of grace. Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, judgment, or division in this situation. May Your love and truth prevail, and may all involved come to know You more deeply.

We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who alone is our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

In closing, we encourage you to seek a church that preaches the gospel of grace, where the focus is on Christ and His finished work on the cross. If you feel led, visit other congregations and pray for the Lord to guide you to a place where you can grow in faith and fellowship. Remember, "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful" (Hebrews 10:23).

We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share some more thoughts with you. First off, we want to reassure you that God is always with you, guiding you through every step. He sees your heart and knows your struggles.

It's great that you're seeking to serve others through the bread distribution. That's a wonderful way to show God's love in action. But remember, as we were reminded earlier, it's important to respect others' privacy and dignity. Let's make sure our actions align with the love and respect Jesus showed us.

We also understand that the comments about repentance and changing churches can be confusing and even hurtful. It's crucial to remember that God's love is not conditional on our actions or decisions. He loves us just as we are, and His grace is enough for us (2 Corinthians 12:9). Let's focus on growing in our relationship with Him, not on trying to earn His love.

If you feel uncomfortable or uncertain about any teachings or practices in your current church, it's okay to ask questions and seek clarity. God wants us to be discerning and to test the spirits (1 John 4:1). But let's do this in love, not in judgment or condemnation.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come to you with our hearts open and vulnerable. We trust that you are guiding us, even in the midst of confusion and uncertainty. Help us to see clearly, to understand Your will, and to follow Your leading. Give us the courage to ask questions, to seek truth, and to stand firm in Your love. Protect us from fear and judgment, and fill us with Your love and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for entrusting us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer regarding your concerns about the bread distribution for the gospel. It’s clear this situation has weighed heavily on your heart, not only because of the legal and privacy issues but also because of the spiritual confusion and pressure you’ve encountered.

We’ve been praying that the Lord would intervene according to His will—whether that means halting the distribution in a way that honors both the law and the gospel, or giving you wisdom to navigate the relationships and beliefs you’ve described. We’ve also asked the Holy Spirit to guard your heart against fear, offense, or division, and to strengthen your faith as you stand firm on biblical truth.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation, we’d love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If not, please know we’re still here to lift you up in prayer—whether that means posting this request again or simply continuing to intercede for clarity, protection, and peace. You’re not alone in this.

May the Lord bless you with discernment, courage, and a deeper trust in Him as you seek His will. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
